    Samsung TV is as good as cable provider allows

    Frontier Communications is my cable provider and you can't really appreciate TV unless streaming

    Just to be sure I want to communicate that the technician, Adrian Simion, did an outstanding job at our home and nearly fixed all the issues. I voluntarily mailed a customer feedback to Adrian's supervisor Shane Katzenbach on 6/6/21. There was no Email acknowledgment, but aAfter a few days, there was a VM from Shane to call him back. When I called back, he did not show interest in what my customer experience was. He said he would call back but to this day I did not get a call. Bottom line: If yhou are not sincere and serious about customer feedback (such as my experience with Geek Squad), please do not go through the formality and waste customer's time! Needless to ad, I am very disappointed with the indifferent treatment meted out to me. Regards, Srinivasa Ratnam

    Wall mount and set up TV

    I had to buy the wall mount bracket separately. The website said they would mount my TV and connect it to my home network. The mounting went ok but they could not set up my TV. They said I need FIOS to hook it into my home network. I have 4 other TVs but they still said I need FIOS to come. $170 additional for FIOS to come on top of the $199 Best Buy charged. UGH!

    The people who delivered and set up the tv on Nov 11th were excellent. But the original date for delivery and set up was Nov 5th and NO ONE SHOWED UP or called to cancel or reschedule and the window was 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Wasted my entire day. So no stars for the 5th, 5 for the men on the 11th.

    I like the service, if I was only paying the original 100 bucks to get the tv installed I would be fine with that . You can find people to install your tv for 60 to 80 bucks. Them adding these extra 100 bucks for different thing was annoying. I did it anyway because my tv was brand new and I didn't want to risk it. If I move though. I will def get someone to do it for me.

    I was TOTALLY DISSATISIFIED with this service and would not recommend it. I purchased a 77" Samsung OLED TV and a Samsung sound Bar to go with it. When the delivery came there were two individuals, one driving a delivery van and the second in a passenger vehicle. They unboxed the TV and I mentioned to them that they needed to setup the sound bar at the same time. Immediately I received attitude from the individual that arrived in the car, claiming they were not going to do that and that it was extra. The website says "With TV Setup, we'll unbox your TV and lift it into place. We'll also connect your TV to your video components, connect them all to your existing Wi-Fi, configure a voice assistant, plus much more." I would assume that includes one wire to the sound bar. Mr. Attitude promptly left my residence when he realized I was not going to put up with him, he proceeded to sit in the car until the installation was complete and both left. Part of the cost of the TV includes delivery into your house, there is no way plugging it in and walking thru several screens of a set up menu is worth $200.....! The entire set up is self-explanatory, I cannot see any value in this service, especially when it is delivered with an attitude, and would like my money back. I tried to convey my dissatisfaction through your contact screens but was just put into a loop.
