The gentleman who connected my tv and surround sound system knew what they were doing and did it well.

I like the install and how quickly did everything and how they set up the sound bar with the TV and my PlayStation 4 but when they were done they took my old TV and I wanted to keep my old TV I don’t remember saying to take the old TV when setting up the service

Pretty expensive for a 15 minutes service but i guess if you can't do it yourself it is the way to go

So glad that you have this service because we could never have figured out this smart tv on our own.

Geek squad was good. He installed tv and answered all my questions. It didn’t take long either.

I did not get the geek squad I requested them at my purchase at store and they assured me it would be them,after waiting all day they sent some third party to do the set up,Not happy they set the product up and could not wait to bolt to next job did not get very good training on set.

getting anything done on time as scheduled when paying for items so far has never happened in the 9 out of 10 items purchased . I am still waiting for a manager to call me about this. Reps said she didn't have the authority to discuss my prob further said she would have a manager call me. That was a month ago.No follow through, happy to make the sale but no follow through!! Can't call the stores get sent to a call center with pleasant kids with no authority.Im an u. happy total tech member

Paid for Total Tech support which was supposed to cover delivery and installation of my new 85" Sony, instead they dropped it off and said someone else (the Geek Squad) would have to install it, not their job. When I called to inquire about it BB said I would have to schedule another appointment to have that done which means taking off another day at work! Soonest apt was 3 weeks from now.

So far, I have experienced no problems. I love 55" TV. It's the perfect size for my living room.

The Geek Squad took the time to setup all of my components.

The only drawback: The universal remote control purchased does not "open/close" the DVD player.

Did a great job setting up the TV very professional.

The Geeks were very nice, polite and seemed to know what was necessary to complete my setup. But it took 5 visits to get the system stabler and usable.

The agent set up my new TV. Unlike my first and only previous home service, the agent, while seemingly competent and knowledgeable, seemed rushed and late for another home call. Thus, I did not fully learn how to navigate the new technology.
