    The hope was that this $150 setup would result in a fully setup remote with an education on its use. It wound up being an expensive unboxing. No explanations, no adjustments….a waste.

    TV Set Up Not Up To Best Buy Standards

    Tech was not qualified in following Best installation procedures. Installation order clearly stated TV bigger then 56" One tech showed up and removed my 65" TV by himself and balanced it on the small edge of the box when trying to attach legs... I had a blanket set up on my table for the proper set up per Best Buy videos. I had the wires ready to plug in and all did was to he set it down on my TV stand and plug the wires in and do the TV set up with X1 box and TV set up while he chatted on the phone with his boss... He never went over anything with me... He left and when I proceeded to turn TV that night I had no sound... He never checked the set up that he did, to make sure everything was working... He was in to big a hurry to leave...

    Did not like the position of the TV on the wall. Was told my son told it was okay there, I believe it should have been higher and equal with the wall placement, but when I called they told me that I would have to pay for another installation if I wanted it moved. Mad I was not home. I would only if a responsible adult was able to be home.

    Unable to use cable remote, must use 2 remotes.

    Geek squad arrived on time. He took the time to make sure the TV was properly stable on the legs, he had attached. There was a problem with my cable box so I have to use the TV remote and then the Cable remote . He did not pair the cable remote with the new TV. Very polite and the work was done quickly.

    Agent was fine. My issue is the fact you change 200.00 to deliver and setup when I already pay for total tech

    The online description of what I purchased was inadequate. I chatted online with a service Rep and was told I paid for wall mounting. When the techs arrived I learned that I did not in fact pay for a wall mount. I had to pay an additional $99.99 to complete the installation. Read every single word before you purchase the installation services.

    Setup great; Best Buy scheduling TERRIBLE

    Techs doing setup were excellent; Best Buy scheduling was abysmal. Beware, they'll schedule setup as they see fit and change it with little notice.

    The men that where sent out did not speak any English at all. And i do not speak Spanish at all. There was one man that had long hair and his pants kept falling off. I felt very uncomfortable with him in my home. They had trouble setting things up and had to keep calling someone else to understand what they needed to do. They were nice but very unprofessional. Please don’t send them back to me again. I wasn’t able to communicate with them and I really didn’t like the man’s pants falling down all the time.
