    The TV was set up but my devices were not set up to the TV. The tech stated that the surround sound system could not be set up because the cord that was on the surround sound could not be set up to the tv. When the left, I noticed that the cord was the cord that connected to the surround sound and not the TV. The tech never even took a close look at it and the other guy that was with him was too busy gapping on the phone with a personal call. I also felt a bit rushed and the techs were kind of short with me. Not happy at all.

    Squad had to come twice . Was not prepared first time even though I had scheduled a custom install. They did finally install but during install was told they couldn’t hook up my soround. Sound . Suggest I buy a converter

    objectively? • i made arrangements to have the installation service at my rhode island address • confirmed in person at best buy at the point of purchase that the installation was to be for a RI address. • they showed up in MA • a second time, for the same service listed here - i made arrangements to have the installation service at my rhode island address • confirmed in person at best buy and confirmed the that the installation was to be for a RI address • they just didn’t show at all after wasting two full days of waiting for a service, i called a third time • was greeted by a passive aggressive Geek Squad manager who gave me a third installation service appointment option for the last appointment of the day - for a simple television installation. I was the told, “take it or leave it,” we’ll always refund you for your purchased items. and on paper at best buy in seekonk, ma that

    The techs were very courteous and on time. There was a problem with the order so the first tech did not have the tools needed to properly mount the TV. Needed to wait a 2nd day for the installation to be completed.

    Overpriced. I was told this service was priced above normal because a second technician would have to be enlisted. Well, one technician came so what's the rationale for overcharging for this install?

    He was on time and hooked up my TV , however he didn’t reconnect my old tv after moving it to the bedroom. It’s still not working.

    It took three trips for the system to be installed. Original person did not leave personal info and set not connected to internet. Next two people helpful, but family members did most of the work.

    How Many Techs …

    It took 5 visits to activate the systems. There was a complication in that the fiber cable was cut. However the first 3 techs came to say that same thing…the cable is cut; i cant fix it…None of the techs reported this to next assigned tech. The person who fixed the fiber cable did his job but could not activate the systems. The final tech ( Kevin, I believe) completed the work. He was very apologetic also.I would caution a reference
