    Problem with wireless wi-fi hook up. Never solved. Were willing to leave all "trash" behind (box, striform, paper) but did removed them when asked. Not a "true" Geek Squad member, this was a third party installation

    Basic set up. The crew did an alright job nothing spectacular. I had to readjust and tune my Sonos Play after the Geek Squad left. At least they were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

    The agents navigated the apartment building nicely and I don’t have any complains with the mounting as such. My only complaint is that the agents had non existing knowledge regarding the tv stand on my tv which is a bit different from the more common ones, and for a premium fee/ membership, the last thing I expect is to guide them through the installation process myself ( where to put screws, how to assemble the stand). The account set up process felt hurried and I felt robbed of my money for a below average service.

    This particular model seems ok but not sure about the ports on the TV. I had to return the first TV and now it seems I’m having problems with either my HDMI cable or port again on replacement . Getting a lot of flickering in TV once on...

    The geek squad did deliver and set up the television, and the did make it coordinate with my DVD. But that was it. They provided no training in using the smart remote— said I probably dont need it, and did no calibration of the settings. I expected more. Maybe I was wrong to do so.

    I have no idea how to use it. It is useless to me. I just wanted to get away from Dish. Now I don't know what to do. I have suspended dish and I have a TV I paid 600 dollars for with additions and I have no clue. Geek squad is not very informative.

    Yes they connected all my devices to my new TV, however I think that they COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE Sony TV that I purchased!

    Who pays 150.00 to take a TV out the box

    The agents seemed rushed. I asked them to install it on the wall and they thought I was asking them to unbox a 55-inch to set on a table. The miscommunication from the start was off.

    Although purchased, the procedure is so simple and this service was not required. To activate the ROKU TV, all have to be done by myself and after the service personnel had left, and accordingly, this service was not worth to pay.

    Install excellent, Tech support after, sucks

    Our tv was delivered and set up right on time promised. The 2 men who installed were amazing. Wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings. They were very personable and went over everything we needed to know. We would give them a super EXCELLENT rating. We are srs. and do not grasp new tech and they were very patient and explained everything in language we could understand. Hooked up to internet and we watched tv for 2 hrs. We turned off tv , went out and when we came back it was not connected to internet. Not sure what happened, it could have been a problem with our internet. We called GEEK SQUAD and was on phone over 1 HOUR between being on hold forever and then being transferred to other depts. Did not get connected so they set us up for a home visit on thursday(delivered on monday). I call again next day to see if they could not come sooner as we have a tv we can not watch and find out that they can't and it is NEXT thursday , a week and a half away. This call was 47 min. Called wed and FINALLY a tech explained how we could connect to internet by switching to capital letters and back when putting in code . He was so nice and actually pulled up on his screen our tv and remote so he could tell us what to push . this call was over 1 hour with all the hold time and transfering. Not the actual conversation with this man. It is so stupid that you can not talk to anyone at the store you bought it from or at least someone in your state. We are sorry that we paid the extra $ for 1 year help plan.

    The agent that came to install was great. However, he was never notified about the weight of the haul away set. I specifically told the sales person that it was very heavy and needed two people. So, he couldn't take it with him. I've made three phone calls to get it picked up. After being on hold for 36 minutes, I hung up. Two other agents said they would call me back and no one ever has. This is now day three, with no response from the Geek Squad. This is not acceptable and I am very angry!!!!!

    TV to stereo hookup

    We needed the TV, which was already hooked up by Direct TV, connected to the stereo. For us, non techies it wasn't easy because we didn't know which connections to make or buttons to push. Two guys came out, and one of them did it in about half hour, which was great, but $200 seemed a little steep for that.
