I was very please with my service rep. You could tell he knew exactly what to do, did not waste time fooling around, did his job, cleaned up after finished and called to check if everything was ok .

I finally had enough of Xfinity cable and wanted to try out streaming (Hulu, Netflix, Espn+, etc.]. Since my TV and receiver were both over 15 years old their technology could not stream without using an attached device. Since Geek Squad set-up my old home entertainment system, I decided to use Geek Squad to come out and perform a free in-home consultation with recommendations on product options to purchase. Based on their recommendations I purchased a new TV, receiver and 4K disk player (I have over 1,600 movies in my collection). They delivered the TV, I picked up the smaller items, and set-up my new home entertainment system. The two technicians were very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my new home system and glad I used them.

These people knew their stuff. Answered questions & offered great advice!

This set up team was excellent. Took a very small amount of time to set up TV, and connect it to my WiFi account. They explained how to solar charge the remote control, and then took all of the packaging material away.

The nice young man,Ray, set up our TV and helped us with concerns about what we needed for my husband to hook up his TV ears to our new TV. I had texted him the next day about an issue and he called me back and helped us fix the problem.

This was our first experience with the Geek Squad and they couldn’t have been better. The two who came were knowledgeable, fast, courteous and helpful with our questions. Excellent job!!

Agent was easy to work with and will use him for all services. Very professional and took his time setting up the tv and showing us how to use it.

I figured I needed help setting up the new 4K TV so I had The Geek Squad set everything up…connecting to wifi for smart tv connection & just helping to take it out of the box & setting it up…not as young as I used to be. I was given an arrival time & was called to confirm approximate time of arrival. When the tech saw he might be a bit later than he had thought, he called & let me know. I wasn't sitting for hours waiting for someone to show up…very considerate. Great experience!

May's mount ended up doing our mouting of the TV from Best buy on a stand we had and getting my TV set up for cable. They were professional and did a great job. Originally we were scheduled to have on Dec.13, 2024 and it kept getting pushed off until finally the other company that mounted it was given the job. The company above did an awesome job!

Purchased 85 inch tv costing over $2500. I thought an extra $200 to set up this thin tv was worth it, as it requires 2 persons to set up. Besides if GEEK Squad breaks TV its their problem.

Great setup. Dan came in and went right to work. He is very knows what he's doing and is very nice. He answered any question I had and showed me how to make changes with my sound bar if needed. This is the second time Dan has done a setup for me and really recommend him.

Team was knowledgeable and professional l. Did the install fast yet safely and hooked everything up.

Very good at what they do, treat you as a valued customer. Shouldn't have eliminated the in home consultant. Found him to be very helpful in deciding what tv's to purchase , size, etc. Don't like talking to people outside the country and I won't.

The agents removed the TV from the box installed the stand and put the TV in the place that I requested and then they set the internet up and went over with me the basic use of the controller and settings. They were very through with my set up. When they were done they cleaned up any mess they made and removed the box the TV came in. Job well done Geek Squad!

On time, completed quickly TV worked right away and Roku installed.

The two techs communicated prior to and the day of delivery. They answered all our questions politely and professionally and showed up well within the estimated time. They set up everything quickly and explained the entire process as they went. Very happy with the entire process!

Can't say enough about the service that Nick provided. He hooked up all my equipment, programmed the Harmony 665 so I would have 1 remote to control all equipment (instead of 4). He adjusted all the settings, routed the audio through my Bose system, and wouldn't leave until he had answered all my questions. Knew his stuff and very thorough in explaining what he was doing.

Amazing install , guys worked their behinds off. A little pricey for how long it required, it would be 5 stars easily based off the performance. Again a tad pricey but no easy task.

Excellent work. The two people worked great as a team, kept me up-to-date on what they were doing. They wall-mounted the TV where the old one had been and wlked me through the controls. Friendly, professional service.
