    Could not get remotes to work. Really? Tech help? Also this is weeks old problem, dealing with paid for Tech Squad folks who could not fix an order, replace a tv that had been delivered broken, buying another different brand and not having local tech squad capable of getting remotes to work. Really? Also in store, multiple people at the door putting customers on waiting lists to be helped. Leave the door. Wait on people.

    DVD player had no sound

    Geek Squad was professional and removed our old tv. Also set up our new tv. However they connected our DVD player incorrectly because it had no sound. We had to enlist the help of another family member to correct the issue. $129 plus was pretty pricey for service provided.

    How not to install a new flat panel TV !

    Damages occurred on February 14th while the two installers were removing the old 60-inch flat panel TV. One of the installers knocked over my right rear surround speaker stand. The speaker that was knocked over is a Klipsch RP-500SA Dolby Atmos surround speaker which was only 1-1/2 months old. When the speaker/stand assembly fell, it made a gouge mark below the surface of the dry wall. Also, the paint was chipped off of the top right corner of the speaker and the 5.25" spun copper cerametallic woofer was dented. With respect to the installation and set-up of my new Sony 65" Bravia XR A80J OLED 4K TV I had several concerns. Upon unboxing the TV, they laid it panel facing down on the shipping box to install the TV legs. The Sony set-up guide shows proper installation of the legs in step #6 and #7. Moving the Sony TV from the floor to the entertainment center they left fingerprint marks on both sides of the panel screen top and bottom. They were not able to get the TV working through my Yamaha AVR. In addition, I did not receive a delivery invoice for me to sign off on. After they left, I spent several hours setting up the smart Google TV and correcting the wiring mistakes they made with the HDMI cables to the back of my AVR and Sony TV. It is my opinion that your installers need more training and act in a more professional manner. A claim has been created on my behalf with Best Buy's administrator - SEDGWICK back in February 2022. It is now May 15th. and no response from SEDGWICK other than my claim is open.

    The TV was installed, but connections to sound bar and DVD player were not reliable or optimal. Return visit yesterday suggests the sound bar is not compatible with the TV.

    Our TV was already mounted, installed and operational with our Apple TV and TV speakers. So, I did not understand what they had to charge us for re-connecting the TV since they did charge separately for the audio system system?

    People that installed my tv was great .. but customer service needs help .. hang up phone calls vary rude no communication skills.. horrible..

    When I got the TV in December 2019, I realized after the person left that there may have been problems with the setup. I thought I'd figure it out, but the problem never resolved. I lived with it and made due. The pandemic hit in March and I didn't want anyone in my home. The service person who came on this visit did a major overall to re-set up the TV correctly. He said the problems I was having because the initial service was done incorrectly. So I had to pay $49 for YOUR mistake. I told your people this when I called to schedule. No one wanted to listen. I am extremely unsatisfied.

    First delivery said t.v.was too big and I could only fit a 32inch.32inch came and second guy said a 40inch would fit.Minimal information or explanation either time.No help with mechanics except on off and volume.

    The agents mounted my TV but they said they couldn't use the mount that I bought for the TV so I got charged another $150 for another wall mounting bracket and they did not hook up my Alexa

    But for the supervisor, real problems. Each of 3 Squaders had different opinions as to why speaker * TV couldn't work as expected. Recommend if you can get supervisor to be in charge.

    Bought 55” TV November, 2022. BB was short staffed. First Tech had to wait for second to show up. Second Tech installed wall mount upside down. Then he had to reverse it. Took photo at the time but deleted it. Not to shame them. Unfortunately in March, 2023, next Tech tried to install second TV. After drilling hole he found walk wouldn’t hold. He never returned to fill hole. Generally disappointed with service vs item.
