    No mounting involved. He kept the guide. He didn't do what I asked. He said there was a short in my surge protector, but it was in the wall receptacle. My old TV may have worked. After he left, we reworked the set up and solved the problem. The word $200.00 I ever spent. We do like the tv.

    The team hooked it up but never gave me any instructions about features, etc. Just plugged it in, connected a few cables, grabbed my old TV and left!

    the geek squad operative did not fully explain how the system functioned and was very eager to go away. I was in the store and spoke to a member of the geek squad team to arrange a visit which did not happen. so will try again.!!!!

    The agent was unable to completely install my TV. Called Spectrum and the TV was up and working within 10 minutes. To be fair, the agent did his job but was unfamiliar with the cable TV setup. He thought the issue was the cable TV box and I replaced it.

    We were a little disappointed because it was strictly set up only, no instructions on its operation. I had to help carry out our old plasma TV. All boxes remained at our house.

    At first i was pleased with the installation, but I soon learned that this TV required intensive instruction as to how the TV actually worked. I asked for instruction manual and was told that there really was not one. I have so many questions that i feel helpless. I need a link or contact to some one that can direct me in the very basic operations of the remote control. one of the reasons that I purchased the new TV was the ability to access the Smart features of the TV. when i attempt to access different apps I get messages that pop up telling me to do this or that but no directions on how to accomplish the tasks.

    The agents took tv out of box and put it together and set it on stand. They said they do not set up the Infinity remote??? They took empty tv box with leftover wrapping and went out to their truch without saying anything. I went out to see where they were and their truck was gone. Never said is everything Ok, do you have any questions, nothing.....!! They never asked me to sign anything and never said they were leaving or goodbye?

    Hurried installation.... subcontracted service....expected Geek Squad. Not terribly pleased for the price that I paid. I likely will have to have the Squad come and make necessary picture adjustments.

    Don't answer the door if it's "Dood-In-A-Truck"

    Instead of the pro-nerds employed by Best Buy, this time they sent "Dood-In-A-Truck" to install my TV. He was unpleasant and constantly complained. He was argumentative on every single point of conversation. He kept suggesting that I owed him money for the install he hadn't even started. He was the exact opposite of what you advertise. He was the exact opposite of my experience with Best Buy employees doing the same job. He understood little of what he was doing, while claiming to be the world's expert. He would be a bad helper in this work, yet he showed up alone to do a two person task. (75" TV) The entire time that Dood-In-A-Truck was in my home... I could only think of how to get him OUT OF MY HOME! He was a flaming jerk who followed none of the procedures you promise. He put a bandana over his face for one moment... to take a selfie in front of my new TV. I suspect that he didn't want the picture to show him violating the rules. If I do another service with Best Buy where some Dood-In-A-Truck shows up, I won't even answer the door! I'll pretend I'm somewhere else until Dood-In-A-Truck drives away... Bye-bye Dood-In-A-Truck. You're not welcome here.

    Remote control problems

    The remote control worked properly when the Geek squad installed the tv. The Nextflix button and home button either one should connect to Netflix but will not. Also Amazon prime app has inconsistent sound level and the facial working does not match the sound
