    Was nice to have the TV delivered and set up, but for the price would have been nice if they included calibration since we purchased Geek Squad protection. For the amount of $ we spent, you'd think it would be included.

    It was a horrible experience with the guys who delivered and installed my tv. They rude especially the head guy Juan. I ended up helping them install after I paid for delivery and install. Juan tried to sell me a 4k HDMI cord for $100.00. Juan was the worst he doesn't know how to talk to people. He is dishonest and tactless. I need some type compensation for going through such an ordeal. I'm sure Juan has tried that $100.00 4k HDMI cable on every customer he meets. He has probably taken advantage of eldery people and people who are not tech savvy. Luckily I am.

    good job but one of the installer seemed to be in a hurry as he kept looking at his watch. Maybe I was taking too long to give him the info he wanted. Or ??

    My LG C9 was not properly connected to my devices. I still cannot use my TV's remote with other devices, my receiver, blu-ray player and cable box are not working properly. I may have to call another service provider to help me out. I'm really disappointed about this; I should not have to pay to connect my devices and still need help from other professionals. My cable is on with sound coming through the speakers but tv screen has no signal, mind you the box is on. Really frustrated. I may have to call my cable company to help me for additional fee.

    Very disorganized - poor communication between Best Buy and Geek Squad teams not to mention, the notes from the original set-up should be easily accessible. I’ll also add that $20k has been spent with them and they want to nickel and dime for additional components to be added. BTW - this service they are stating they provided is actually scheduled for next month

    The installers were great, but the cost is just for taking TV out of box and putting it on a stand. Description led me to believe they would mount it on the wall. Had to pay extra for that

    Geek Squad didn't show up on delivery day.

    The agent didn't complete setup of the TV to my satisfaction. I paid $150 for set up and he didn't do it right. I had to call and have another agent return and finish set up.

    The connected everything but I didn't realize until after they left that the sound on the TV was not synched to the Samsung Sound bar. After trying with tech support on both Samsung and Best Buy I gave up and remove the sound bar. I am using the TV sound but it is still not synched on all stations. Part of the problem was the restrictions around Covid. I should have remained in the room since I really don't know how to set the tv up correct. I ma have to purchase a new sound bar but not sure that would help

From what you're saying, I'm not sure a new bar would help as it could be a setting with the TV. Here's what I recommend: we offer a 90 day workmanship guarantee on our work in the home. If this was in the last 3 months, we'll come back out there to re-set it back up and can walk you through it thoroughly and test to be sure. You also wouldn't be charged for that since it's a redoing the work from before.     The delivery was rescheduled was not called till 9 o’clock at night there. But once the agent got here they did a wonderful job for us

    Agent set up the TV and sound bar. He did not adjust the TV nor give me a in depth tutorial on how to use the TV or sound bar. This caused problems after he left. Not worth the price paid.

    Awful time with scheduling

    I bought this service with the promise that they would have this ready for our pregnancy announcement party (we had prepared a video to showboat our guests). Two days before the install I got an email with tracking showing that the mount wouldn’t arrive to me until the day after the install was scheduled. Afraid that the install guys wouldn’t be able Toby do the install I proactively contacted Customer service to let them know that the mount was scheduled to arrive after the install date. They said that they would have to transfer me to the store directly to reschedule the install. Once at the store, I spoke to someone and explained that I needed it done by a certain date, I was told they would be there that Monday before the party.....no one showed up. I called the store and no one knew why the tech hadn’t showed up. I was told someone would come Wednesday....no one showed up. I called Wednesday night and asked to speak to a manager, I was told I could only speak to someone in media. When I told them I wanted a manager and needed a call back when one became available I was responded with a sigh and a “okay, so what do you want?” I explained the situation...24 hrs later didn’t get a call back. Called again, manager was “never made aware” of my phone call. Blah blah blah....Saturday morning a tech was scheduled to come out per the manager’s conversation- day of the party - no one came. They forgot to tell the installer. Blah blah blah, I called pregnant and angry and crying and finally got someone to come out a week after our event. Needless to say, I was appalled by the incompetence I was met with regardless if the fact that I was nice and calm throughout the whole process until the last call. Will never use them again. Ok another hand, when I finally did get a tech out, the experience was great. The techs where friendly and efficient and did a great job setting up the tv and explaining how everything worked.

    However I want it to also to connect with my google home but he couldn't figure it out. I did get a call from another person checking on the status but have NOT had time to call you back.

    I was charged set up fees for every single piece that was delivered and even for one that wasn't delivered. I am still trying to get my bill straight and I get a different answer every time I call in.

    What a huge disorganized mess. No one is letting me know why two appointments to deliver and set up my new tv have been cancelled and we’ve been waiting since the middle of August for something we’ve paid for and they have processed our payment. What has happened to Best Buy?????
