Highly Dissastified

I decided to do it myself and get the $217.74 that I was charged for the service refunded. It is now 12/9 and after many calls to customer service and assurances that I would get my money, I have not received my refund. On 12/8 I was told by customer service that according to their records it was done which was not true. The store was suppose to call me on this but did not. I just want my refund. My case # is 322874871.

Poor scheduling

He made no effort to check with us to see what we had, so he showed up without the proper supplies to hook everything up. He said it would take a couple of hours, which with what we had, sounded about right. He was here 4 hours, and everything not hooked up or able to be truly enjoyed.

tv sound with Bose sound bar 300 only adequate

Was to large for geek van.Pick up crew had to come get it.I told salesman the old tv was very large.I could have hooked tv up myself.

Not so good !

Still trying to find out how things work. Not very professional service for the money we paid .

Won’t be a next time

My appts were cancelled and rescheduled 5-6 times. The worst customer service-I received a lot of excuses and was shuffled around from person to person. If the TV is on back order — then tell the customer instead of wasting my time waiting for a delivery. It’s unfortunate - I have been a Best Buy customer for over 40 years. I don’t think I will order from Best Buy again.

Not impressed

At 12:30, they called to say they couldn't make it until mid afternoon. I had to cancel an important medical appointment - not happy about that. They set it up okay, but were supposed to show us how to operate it. They took about a minute and a half to do that. We've had to learn most of it by trial and error. Would not recommend.

No follow up on this lapse by Best Buy, I had to take the initiative, Now reschedule for aug 2.

Didn't do my homework

Worse picture than a 1990's model. Also, paid extra to get the Geek Squad to set it up and connect to the internet. No Geek Squad. We did get a couple of sub-contractors who were very nice, but didn't add much more than I had already done before their arrival. Wasted money. Live and learn I guess. Next time, I'll ask more questions.

Don't care for outsourced service

No contact until notice they could be there in 30 mins. By that time the DISH installer had already completed the job. BUT, they did call someone else to comepick up the old tv.
