I had to return the TV.

So I paid all that money for nothing.

Poor Service

A few hours after installation the TV quit showing anything on the screen. I called for help. A week later a tech came to my home and checked out the TV. He said it was broken. (I already knew that!) then he went away. Another week went by, and a replacement TV arrived and was installed. The install guy didn't show me how to work the remotes, and I am still trying to figure out how to fully operate the remote. I do not plan to EVER use Best Buy or the Geek Squad again unless this service issue is addressed.

DISASTER OUTCOME - TON OF MONEY SPENT COLLECTIVELY

I WAS LEFT HANGING WITH AN ERROR MESSAGE ON SMART TV THAT SAID "SERVER UNDER MAINTENANCE" AND TOLD TRY AGAIN LATER. TILL THIS DAY I STILL CAN'T ACCESS SMART TV APPS - BOUGHT AN APPLE TV AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE..BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SIMPLY JUST REPLACE THE 1 MONTH OLD TV - THAT DOESNT WORK EITHER - DISASTER.. - CALLED SAMSUNG USELESS AS WELL

Showed up late

I received multiple calls that they were on the way but the Geek Squad did not show up until after 3pm. Extremely poor respect for my time. I have two plastic clamps that were not used and I don't know what they're for. I was given a quick overview about the TV. The TV works fine so far.

I unfortunately purchased your 1 year service agre

It took a total of 8 trips to your signal hill store to complete my purchase. I had to use Best Buy because I had approximately 1000 reward points I wanted to apply to my purchase. If I ever need to purchase a TV or appliance it will not be at Best Buy. Unfortunately I just made a &10,000 purchase at Pacific Sales and was given misinformation on how to purchase my appliances. If it were not for this misinformation I would have made my purchase elsewhere which offered better prices and service. I also believe that no one reads or posts these negative reviews and I’m certain no one from Best Buy will contact me. I will probably have to go to consumer affairs or the better business bureau to get satisfaction. I’m sure you are sorry you asked for my review. Ron Tochioka

Misleading service

Limited service - not completed

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While they connected the TV to the cable box, they never connected the TV to the VCR player as requested. It was the main reason that the service was offered. The servicemen didn't seem knowledgeable enough to accomplish the task, even referring us (my 70 year old mother) to get the supervisor to come out! Why couldn't they follow up?! Thanks for setting up the cable and DVD player but the job was not completed.

Geek Squad Failed !!

Greek Squad Rush

Unfortunately the tech that came was rushed and it obvious he was over booked that day. It didn't help in the least with our setup of our TV. I suggest they get more help with the Geek Squad. Because in the end we DID NOT get what we paid for Set UP and Review of the Products on how to use them. Very Disappointed

Poor service

After they left I had to take needle nose llliers and carefully remove all the little pieces before I could reinstall the cable.

Mounting was fine but did not sinc my TV remote .

Was disappointed they charged us a $100 cash to hang old TV on a wall bracket that was already on wall they didn’t had to put up any new wall brackets they were all on wall from past Best Buy.. All our TV were brought and hung by Best Buy anytime we did a upgrade we were never charge to switch old TV to another wall bracket that were already on wall.
