The great getaway

They were gone and I could not get them back. I canceled the order. I bought the TV at another store. I did not want to set it up obviously, and we’re looking for an excuse to get away.

BUYER BEWARE (GEEK SQUAD)

I received an email saying that Geek Squad would be at my home between 8am -12pm and they would call in the am for more accurate time. 12 rolled around no one showed and no phone called. I called them twice was on hold for over 30 mins. First time I spoke with them I said I have not heard from anyone, they said he would be here at 12:00pm Second time they said 12-4pm and they were annoyed, that I had called them. I asked to speak to a manager was hold for other 30 min with on responds. My question is why no one called me to tell me the hours and changed or that I'm sorry that you took off work for a schedule time? Maybe I should charge them for my time. Next time I will go to local store who cares about customer service! They have gotten too big and have no regard for their clients.

Never again will my business use this service

I own an IT company and was not able to make to a clients home to setup their smart tv. The Geek Squad tech showed up to my clients home installed one app stayed for 15 minutes and left without even resolving the problem that they were having with setting up the tv. The tech did not even get them logged into their apps. So I ended up flying back from Florida and going to the clients house to resolve the issue. Worst SERVICE EVER! So I guess 15 minutes cost $200 for crap service. Must be nice.

Not geek squad installation

Techie good; service not so much

Can I call and talk to Geek Squaders until I find one I can communicate with. All 3 of the guys who were here seemed nice but were way focused on the task at hand--connection--and showed little concern for the reason for purchasing, namely operating the idiot savant smart TV.

REAL GEEK SQUAD ONLY PLEASE!!!

I took off work to be home all day waiting for the installers to show up. Then Best Buy sends a third party to my home that could not hook my XBOX back up..As of right now I would not recommend GEEK SQUAD since they were not the SQUAD that showed up..

Geek squad installed my tv to quickly no explanati

Now I no why HDMI port 3 doesn’t work on tv. I’ve been trying to reach the store but know one pickups the phone. I’ve been trying for about 3 weeks now. It’s frustrating I paid to much money for that tv please have someone get in touch with me

Sent wrong team.

The team that arrived assembled the cabinet. Removed all my home theater system without any respect from my equipment and piled everything up on the floor. all wires and power cords were just tangled and a total mess. When I confronted them they told me "they don't do installation" And I am a Total Tech member. They told me there was something wrong with my internet and cable because they couldn't get the tv to work. after they left I checked what they had done and it took me 20 seconds to see that they had it hooked up backward. I still don't have my home theater hooked up.
