    I purchased a new smart tv and did not want to deal with connecting all the accounts and setup, so with my purchase I added in Geek Squad to do that for me. They arrived and opened the box, plugged the TV, connected it to my already setup WiFi. The last thing they did was check for updates on the TV, and showed me all of the free channels I asked about setting up My current Alexa, and other accounts, and they said that even though it’s a smart TV you can’t set up Alexa without Amazon Fire TV. They did not set up any of my other streaming accounts even though as part of prep for their arrival Best Buy indicates that we should have all of our login and password info available upon their arrival all. This is a scam from Geek Squad Best Buy! Save your $125 and do NOT ask them to set it up as they do not do anything!! SCAM to take extra money. Where’s my refund BestBuy/ GeekSquad?!

    geek squad didn't arrive with HDMI cable

    I had to have cable company walk me through install before the TV operated properly. Otherwise the geek squad was OK.

    There were three tech.’s who came together and were in a great hurry to Instal the TV and Sound Bar and leave as soon as possible. They seemed in a great hurry to finish the day and move on to their personal plans for the evening.

    Jacob placed the tv where I wanted it and plugged it in. He did not set it up and I had to have a family member come over and set it up so that I could use it.

    Everything is connected to the remote. Since it wasn't programmed correctly, the tv did not operate correctly

    The service agent set up the TV and got it connected quickly, but he could never get the remotes synchronized. I now have to use two remotes to turn on and off and volume off on my TV. Not that Happy

    Agent set up TV but left without the TV working. They didn’t call Dish for help, didn’t adjust anything, never set up what kind of TV it was.

    Geek Squad-Totaltech delivered, did not set up TV

    Geek Squad guys were courteous and physically unpacked, set on stand, and connected the TV's cables. They removed the old TV. However, they seemed rushed and only set up the router account and password in the TV. They did not check for firmware updates. I asked them to put my Google account and password in the TV so I could watch You Tube clips and use other features of this $2,000 TV. They ignored me and left with the job half done. BestBuy's $200/yr. Totaltech Membership and paid for delivery service does not appear worth it.

    We were told that we would be contacted the day before the scheduled delivery to narrow the time. When we called to ask, we were told it needed to be rescheduled. On the day before the 2d scheduled delivery we were again not contacted & when we called to ask were again told it needed to be rescheduled . Neither time were we even notified that the delivery was canceled. We lost 2 days of work & could not afford to lose a 3d so canceled & made the $1,000.00 purchase somewhere else. Inexcusable- done with Best Buy.

    TV only turns on when you hit button on/off 2 twice.
