We purchased a Samsung TV & I asked Geek Squad to install it for us because we're elderly, my husband is disabled and we had quite a few stupid questions. The gentleman from Geek Squad was here right away installing it. He was so helpful, considerate and nice. He made sure we were happy. I am going to try to get him back here to install a sound bar :)

If I could give Victor and Jose 10 stars I would!! They were so friendly, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to do whatever we needed when setting up all of our tv equipment.

Our TV was supposed to be delivered between noon and 4 PM, but at 11 am we got a call saying TV was not available. After some discussion, our service person said he'd search for one and call us back. One hour later the call came in saying he'd located one and would be at our place by 2 pm. He showed up on time, performed the set up and made sure everything was finely adjusted. This guy went out of his way to ensure a happy customer!

The guys that showed up were very good. They listened to what I told them and did a great job setting up this huge TV and not damaging it. I did not give them five stars because they left plastic film on the panel edge and they should have known it was there and removed it. But they were otherwise quick and professional. I would recommend them to anyone getting a panel tv larger that 55' because they are big and thin and easy to damage.

Needed a TV in our living room, and The Geek Squad set it up showed us how to use it, now we can hear the news in both room, while I am cooking. They made it so easy. Thank You for the great service. I think the installing and understanding how to use theses products is the reason older people don't buy more, because without your service the products are useless.

I didn’t order a 55” TV. I ordered a 43” TV. The Geek squad was excellent. They returned it and came back with a 43” TV. I could not have asked for better service from the installers but was disappointed with Best Buy. This is the third TV I’ve had problems with.

Excellent Service! My first ever geek squad install and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys arrived on time, told me exactly what they were going to do and then did it quickly and cleanly. They would've stayed much longer and helped me install apps on the TV if i'd let them. Very happy I let someone else do the install this time!

These agents were absolutely warm and inviting. They had good conversation and were friendly. They did a very good job of safely installing my tv and talking me through its use.

It was easy to schedule an installation date and time. My plans changed and was just as easy to change my installation schedule. The installers were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation went quickly and they took time to answer all our questions.

Scheduled an install for my new 75' Samsung. The two techs arrived earlier than expected but had called before hand and asked if it was ok to do so. Upon arriving, they mentioned how everything was going to work. The two techs were very friendly, and the work was completed quickly which explains why they were earlier than scheduled.

Installers did an excellent job. Went beyond what was expected of them. Could not be happier.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of removing my old set and installing the new Sony. I had a Blu-Ray DVD player, Comcast Cable, and a Yashica Sound Bar which added a bit of difficulty to the set up. When the work was complete, the technician walked me through how different things worked and I noted that he had done a little extra work to make things clearer. Several problems that had dogged the prior installation were cleared up.

Justin was my geek squad contact for a television install and as far as I am concerned, the man deserves a promotion and a hefty raise. The man was obviously knowledgeable and very patient with an un-technical old guy (me).

I recommend doing getting them to do everything. Why bother wasting your time. Quick and easy...they answer all your questions and get you setup quickly.

The agents put my stand together and then my TV, They knew what they doing and had them together in no time. Then they set my TV set up and stayed to make sure everything worked properly.

Delivery and installation went perfect. I'd recommend to anyone.

They setup the TV, but only connected the xfinity box. I set up my dvr and vhs boxes. Also I set up the picture and audio values. They were very fast, but only one of them spoke English, although poorly.
