    Nice guys, but they didn’t hook up things properly. Cable person has to come and add HDMI cord. I would think the Geek guys would have known that. Very disappointed. Will jot call you again. How ridiculous that they didn’t hook things up correctly. Please...really?!??

    My experience as a total tech member has been a disaster. I’ve had three technicians come to the house, nothing has been fixed. When I initiated the service over a month ago, they mistakenly wouldn’t show up unless I paid a service charge. I’ve called 9 times to get my refund with no luck. I would not recommend this service, it cost me more than the original fee and zero service repairs have been completed.

    I bought a smart TV and they still ended up installing by the old Roku stick. Also sound system I had (Bose) was not hooked up properly. I called a friend of mine and he was able to get all the systems running properly.

    From big screen TV and computer installations to a microwave replacement the guys @ Geek Squad put our home back in order again. A big help for those of us not doing this every day!

    The agent set up the TV but the delivery truly was a disappointment they left Styrofoam all over my carpet wouldn't dispose the extremely large box would have paid but wasn't given the option. Also left fingerprints on the screen.

    Did not make a purchase. Called and made an appointment to have my TV service as part of my warranty. Did not know and was not told when I made the appointment to have my Smart TV install, and was not told this was not covered on my warranty.

    I have to use 2 remotes. They told me to call the cable company to see if they can fix it. They seemed to be in a hurry..so now I have to use 2 remotes.

    IT took 4 different appointments -------ALL "7:00 AM TO 1:30 PM"-----terrible scheduling program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To put a new TV in place of another operating TV, NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have previously provided a comprehensive survey response several weeks ago with respect to my experience with Best Buy, yet you keep sending me the same survey repeatedly. You should send me a $400 gift card for the headache caused by your mismanagement of my install and the annoyance of these repeated surveys.

    I called the Geek Squad from Dover DE and I was shocked that they had subbed out the job and when the two men were here they scratched their beards and said they couldn't figure out the issue. I am seeking a refund for lack of service and service technicians lack of ability .

    I thought that I was getting the Geek Squad to mount my television, But they sent a THIRD party to it, VERY DISAPPOINTED, and not Happy with the work that was done.

    I had an appointment for 7:00 am/1:00pm. 1:00 came & went.2:00pm came & went. Since your tech. didn't call me, I called you place of business. Not once, or twice, but three times & received no response. Next I tried texting your business twice. I never heard back, from this either. The next day, I waited until 2:00pm hoping by chance your business would still get in touch with me to explain what happen the day before. That didn't occur either. So at 2:30 I left home & went to your store. I got my TV & retrieved my installation money. I'm done with you as far as paying up front for something that probability won't happen.

    The guys never arrived. They called saying that they were outside. We didn't heard the phone. They left a message saying that they were outside and nobody opened the door. We were inside our home but nobody rang the bell. We cancelled the installation service because the rescheduling of the appointment will take more than a week and at their own convenience, not to ours, the customers convenience. and even with this, our TV took almost three weeks to arrive...

    Third time BB Geek Squad out to figure out why my TV comes on during the night on it's own to no avail. No one seems to know what they are doing. TV was working fine before my move a month ago. BB hooked everything up, but TV comes on during the night or when I am not here. Extremely disappointed with BB Geek Squad.
