    was told and in writing my WiFi, Sonos etc. would all be working when they left. part of the $200. delivery charge. They would do nothing and said not their job..Showed him invoice and he said they would have to talk to salesman and would call me! Heard nothing PLUS they took my Invoice with them!!!!! Can’t reach anyone to help, and I feel they stoled from me. Very upset, not worth $200. to deliver TV’s!

    How Good is the Geek Squad?

    The lead person, Kodie, connected my new Sony TV, then he soon concluded that there was a problem with my service provider, He never finished the job and walked out telling me to contact Xfinity. I was left to handle things on my own. So, I used my computer to sign into my Xfinity account and was able to reboot the TV box remotely. That was all that was needed for me to get to the Sony on-screen directions to complete the job. I am very disappointed with this kind of treatment by the Geek Squad.

    Ridiculous price for doing nothing

    It cost me $150 for 2 people to come out for 5 minutes to tell me I was missing 1 cable on my tv. They did no work at all. Ridiculous and no offer to refund anything. They don’t carry parts.

    THIS WAS THE WORST INSTALLATION POSSIBLE!!!

    IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST INSTALATION EXPERIENCE! Can I give GEEKSQUAD a zero star rating? They didn't like the bracket/ mounts that we bought, went back to the store to get a different one, that we were charged for. It wouldn't work either, so we had to make adapters to fit. They left with nothing working and a mess of wires! That install was so unprofessional. I will NEVER USE GEEKSQUAD AGAIN!!! HOW DO I DO A FORMAL COMPLAINT?

    TV was NOT set up and doesn't work now.

    My old (1 year old) TV was uninstalled, and the new TV was installed but was not working. The installation guy told us that the box doesn't recognize the new TV. That was obviously the problem, and this is why that installation service was ordered. The problem was NOT resolved, and we were left without TV! We will try to get a refund for the service we didn't have. I would never recommend this service to anyone!

    Not so well. The sound bar did not arrive on time

    The Geek Squad did not impress me with their knowledge. They barely showed me anything on my TV. I was told they couldn't mount my other TV because of some Comcast rules.

    Hooked up new Yamaha sound bar to new q60 tv

    The latest time they were here was to hook up a sound bar to tv. It was not the geek squad, I guess they subcontract jobs out. They hooked up incorrectly. Instead of hooking up with hdmi, they used the optical cord.

    not impressed with installers

    installers worked quickly with little info given about new set. they seemed in a big hurry to leave. previous installers for our insignia tv were more helpful and willing to explain features and get us to hulu and Netflix.

    TV was delivered to my home and hooked up but, it is now very difficult to use remotes. Not worth the $$$$ paid for delivery and setup!!!! Not happy!!! Needs to be set up correctly!

    Not what I expected. Plugged all the cables in and paired the sound bar. Did not explain how to use smart tv such how to add to add sound bar to smart menu To find out more need to use e manual as not included with tv.

    My Tv was mounted but DIRECTV wires were not concealed in wall which tech said he would do. After he left, I called him and left a message …..after a week still waiting for that call back! Will try Amazon installation service next time.

    Nobody Actually Helped Setup Anything

    The delivery people flipped my new 85" TV down the hall and left it at my apartment. I didn't even realize they were supposed to help me unpack the TV until I called and asked if Best Buy could send someone to assist me. I ended up having to call a friend over to give me a hand.

    This review is long overdue. I let it go because I hate bothering people about poor service - it is what it is and I've had such good experiences with best buy and geek squad in general. But whoever you sent was terrible. He had an issue with the mount and molding (not sure if that's what it's called) to hide the wires. Long story short, he did a trash job and it came off of the wall. I hope to get a call/email to make this right since I ALWAYS buy mh stuff from you guys.

    I did not have them install my tv, I should have, it was wicked heavy but wasn’t ready when they arrived. They were nice wasn’t wild about how the tv was carried laying down in a mini van though.
