    Couldnt hook up TV in bedroom 'cause wiring proble

    Frustrating experience. Tv was not hooked up due to Cox cable wiring issue.Since we paid $149.99, & not done work I asked to have sound bar hooked up to TV instead & was additionally charged 49.95???? Technician changed the appointment hours to begin with, was confirmed for a different time online & then had audacity to double charge??? NOT HAPPY. We have shopped with you for years but will not shop or use your services again....

    Picture not clear or sharp. Agent ignored my comment. Said I need a new cable to the cable box and offered to sell me one for $40. Said Visa not working now and to make check out to her personally. Later found out cable cord is free from Comcast. She also said I needed to upgrade the speed. Comcast said I did not need a higher speed (I have 800 already. Not a good experience.

    I paid $130 just so they can take it out of the box and stand it on the tv table that's all they did. I felt over charged and should of been refunded.

    Not Only Did Geek Squad Fail To Install All The Base Parts On The TV Stand They Failed To Set Up My 1 And Only Streaming Device I Had But Instead Pointed To The App On The TV And Told Me That's Where "You" Install It From. Never Mind Their Throwing All The Trash In The TV's Box Which I Had Already Told Them I Wanted To Save But Left Two Rooms Covered In White Styrofoam Pebbles All Over The Floor. Thankfully While My Cleaning Out The TV Box Of All The Trash They Left I Found The Extra Parts To The TV Stand They Failed To Install. Sorry ... But …. Total Fail On The Squad's Part.

    Poor Service, Arbitrarily changed my scheduled app

    I bypassed earlier available appointments to schedule a morning 8am - 12 noon appointment almost a week out; then the night before my scheduled appointment, I received an email from Best Buy Geek Squad advising me they have rescheduled my appointment to the afternoon from 12 noon to 4 pm. I work aftns and will not be available then. Now, only available morning appointment is another week away. That is very poor, unprofessional service for which they charge a premium price. Then, I call the Geek Squad 1-800 number and was advised there is nothing they can do after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable to say the least!

    We had just had another TV set up in our den, so I was very disappointed in the two men who delivered this one. They basically hooked it up and did not even hook it up to our cable, but through our VCR. They were in a hurry to leave and did not adjust the picture or explain the basics. I have been trying to fix it myself, but find the whole thing very complicated and still do not have a quality picture and the sound is terrible. Very disappointed!

    Have needed two additional follow-on visits plus reference to Samsung support. Geek squad cannot seem to get cable box and TV to properly communicate, nor can they set up to point that I do not need to use both the cable remote AND the TV remote each time to turn on TV.

    tv is a 5+ star. Salesman a 5star. Match pricing a 5 star. However, when I went on Thursday 8/23/2022 your sales rep. a 5 star. Why then a 1 star! Wanted another remote for my LG,none in the store or on your web site. TV is only less than two months and BEST BUY doesn’t have an extra remote available. Totally unsatisfactory !

    This was just getting it out of the box for a 60 yr old dude with a bad back. Felt like they could have done that since they were already out for a mounting service.

    First let me say I could have done what the technician did myself. Somehow I thought they would program my 3 remotes to work off of one remote - I was informed that they did not do that - that’s the one reason I hired them. So then I had to return the universal remote and because they took longer than two weeks to come to my home - I could only get store credit not a refund. Additionally my charge was only supposed to be one hundred dollars and they charged me $150 and billed my credit card like 3 months later?? I feel totally ripped off and would NEVER use this service myself again.

    The agents really couldn't resolve my problems, although they were polite and realized that it was an issue my cable provider had to fix.

    The voice does not match the sound off about 1-2 sec. the Samsung soundbar rear speakers overpower the front had to unhook them. Called them back out and paid another $129 but still not right.

    Very poor. They got TV out of box put it on cabinet and left. Stickers still on TV and hand d me remote. They couldn't even speak my language. Now sitting here trying to figure out how to adjust settings. I'm mad as you know what. I definitely didn't get what I paid for. I should definitely get my money back.

    I Bought 8000.00 worth of appliances. Best Buy installers damaged the built in microwave. They made me buy a new one and refused to return the ones their own installers damaged. Please buy from someone else.

    Sony tv and sound bar still not working

    Second time Geek squad has connected the tv and sound bar - 3 days later sound bar is not working. I resent having to pay for reconnecting a pricey name brand system and it still doesn’t work.
