    best buy was offering a special on installs with the purchase of select tvs. but it does not include the mounting so all the geek will do is literally plug your tv into the outlet and leave. it costs extra to mount it!

    They were supposed to install the new refrigerator and remove the old one. They removed the old one, but dropped the new one. They did unpack it, but they didn't put the shelfs in it and they didn't make sure it was level. I had to do that by myself.

    I paid for Geek Squad but a direct tv tech came

    The tech did a great job hooking up my tv but did not have streaming knowledge. I paid for geek squad's knowledge but did NOT receive it.

A TV Connect and Setup should include the Agent being able to set up two streaming services while connecting your TV. If that didn't happen, you can call (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 to have someone come back out under our 90-day warranty.

    Unhappy with first use

    I had the agents come to my house to install the TV to my wall. They were rushed, and at one point asked if they could come back later as they had another appointment to start elsewhere. They never gave a tutorial on functionality and felt rushed to leave. My TV ended up freezing an hour later. Luckily I was able to connect to a professional and friendly manager who got another team to my home to fix a few days later

    I cannot recommend them too highly as I had a small problem and called the installer several times to come back to correct it. He assured me he would but never did

    The agent did not take necessary time to secure working TV hookup so the job was not completed. Had to call store and have second technician come to finish job over a week latet

    They said they were coming at 2:30pm. Didn't show up u nti 4:45pm. Screen goes black between channels when using HD. Can't use DVD player which they hooked up. They say it's not their responsibility.

    TV is a mess/ first one blew up on me-/this one sound is terrible/voices are not in sync with picture /they do not match/sound is muffled and runs fast/I cant watch it/ihave had many samsung tvs /this is unacceptable I do not know what to do/can you help me

    I had four separate items I needed help with. The first rep handled what he could and did a nice job. The second informed me he could only help with one of the items. I was put in touch with a manager in Irvine. They promised to followup and never did. I still have an Apple TV 4k that needs to be installed. I also have a wiring job in my media closet I need help with. No followup. Unanswered texts and calls. Somewhat disgraceful service if you ask me.

    no he didn,t . I was told that I needed to get my cable comp. to send a new remote I was told the one I had was the right one . they just took it out of the box and plug it in ...it took me two days to get my set working myself. i paid you 199.00 for a set up i didn't get.

    The guys were extremely rude. One of the guys behaved like a know it all and spoke in a condescending manner with his partner and me. I asked if he could mount my old tv on a floor stand that was right there and he refused. So much for great service.

    They didn't speak English and I couldn't really communicate with them exactly how I wanted my tv mounted which left me with a slightly tilted tv that I'm going to need to have corrected. Big waste of money.

    We called and an online person set us up and charged us over $800. No one showed up on date and when I called they said we needed a consultant to come out first. We are still waiting on this consultant to call us.... Michael and Thomas....no one calling us. I'm frustrated and will not ever call your help line. They don't know what I'm talking about, interrupt you, and overcharge you.

    TV was connected but it does not expand the full screen. Tech could not fix it and I paid for the service. He said it was the cable box. Well, ATT said its not the box & there is no upgrade ..... so where is the expertise? I still have a screen that is too small for the TV.

    After installation, the TV had problems. It took a long time to get a replacement. I was told the "Geek Squad would install the replacement TV. A contractor came after missing an appointment. He had no help and as me to help him unload, I have hurt my back unloading it. Extremely disappointed. I was told i would get a gift card for my troubles. That's another untruth I was told from Best Buy.

    Tech did not hook up my Roku . Didn’t get all tv’s hooked up said I needed to run another line & I didn’t. Line was already there.

    The guy that came out really acted like he didn’t want to be there or do the job. Said that he couldn’t program remote to operate the tv and sound system
