The Geek Squad set the TV up quickly and effortlessly. They answered all the questions and did everything we asked of them. If your concerned about obtaining the best quality, I strongly reccmmend their services.

I have been and am very pleased with the fast service that is provided by the Geek Squad. They are always attentive, listen carefully to the issue and then go about and resolve it with seemingly little effort. Things get fixed very fast!

Setup went well and technicians gave me some good tips on using the TV.

The team set up my new TV and connected all cables and remote use to my existing Xfinity box and remote. The two agents (Tom and Jesse) were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and very pleasant.

The agents did a good job setting up my equipment and were pretty swift and informative. Wish they would have bundled all the remaining loose cords and wires behind the TV tho as it looks like a mess. They also broke one of the shelve brackets when setting up which was sort of fixable but only temporary. They could have ordered or replaced the bracket but didn't. Other than those two hiccups, the setup was very quick and the guys were very polite and outgoing. They also cleaned up all the boxes and whatever was left over.

This is the absolute best service! TotalTech membership has made BestBuy my go-to spot for TVs and speakers due to the installation. I have recommended this to multiple family members and friends who have also now purchased from BestBuy and enjoyed the same great service I did.

The two men from Geek Squad came and set up my TV and connected it up to all the services, so that I could use it completely. Helped me to program everything in with Google home, and took the time to show me at least the basics of how everything worked. Very friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad for TVs.

THE YOUNG MAN THAT DELIVERED/SET UP THE TV WAS VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB. Unfortunately, he is the only one at the Geek Squad and the store in Morehead City that I would ever want to deal with again. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad or Best Buy at Morehead City.

Melina and the Geek Squad crew were awesome. I was getting my new very expensive (to me) 77" OLED tv unboxed and setup. The box is huge and they took great care in the unboxing. They were very careful handling this large tv and also looking out for other items. It would have been easy to accidentally hit my overhead ceiling fan but they made sure that the setup went smoothly. After placement on the tv stand they performed the initial turn on and walked me through the tv's operation and it's features. They made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. I was a bit nervous about installing such a large tv by myself but also concerned that installing agents had the right skills. No worries at all! The team displayed technical expertise, professional excellence and a friendly demeanor. Oh, and they did all this in less than one hour. Well worth the money and highly recommended!

The delivery workers were great! They had brought a tv that was damaged, took it back with no problem. The same workers brought the new one, got it set up with the antenna, got me comfortable with the remote and commands. They were excellent and I would be happy if they brought something else that I might buy.

Techs were here on time and very nice. Set up was done quickly and they took their time showing me how to use the TV & Sound bar system.

Purchased TV as gift to out of state elderly relative who was unable to lift and connect and set up tv and other devices. The agents were able to complete the set up on 2 visits and thankfully covered under my Tech service plan.

I am a senior citizen and know just enough about today's technology to make me dangerous. So when my 10 year old Panasonic Plasma television went out, I relied totally on my local Best Buy sales staff and their Geek Squad and they did not disappoint. The Geek Squad removed my old TV and set up the new one. They wore masks, put coverlets on their shoes and were very respectful of my residence. They even arrived early. Tyler, the leader of the 2 man team was terrific and deserves the highest praise. The only problem with the installation was my receiver. Although state of the art 10 years ago, now it is not compatible with my new 4K set. Tyler recommended a couple of 4K receivers that would be the best suited to my needs. The bad news an unexpected expense (which wasn't too bad thanks to over 10,000 points from the TV purchase). The good news the Geek Squad will be back to complete the installation. I highly recommend the Geek Squad and their extended warranties.

Purchased a 75 inch flatscreen and had Best Buy provide the installation and setup. Geek Squad arrivef when promised, unpacked everything, mounted the tv, set up Surround Sound with receiver and even the X-Box!
