The geek squad installers were efficient, knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions I had about my new TV and the Directv stream setup. Worth the money!

"Matt" was great! He gave me all the instructiona; help I needed. Installation and wall mount would also have been included, but my landlord completed that task.

The Geek Squad installation agent, Ross was OUTSTANDING!!! He was knowledgeable, patient and gave easy to understand answers to my questions or concerns.

KB and his Assistant from Best Buy did an excellent job mounting our TV, hooking up our components, and making sense out of all of our wires and connections!

It's always an excellent experience.! The agent was polite, courteous, willing to answer questions for all the information required. The appointment was right on schedule. I'm incredibly pleased that this service it's worth the expense. My understanding is the appointments have changed, not allowing as many in home services. If that's the case, there should be exceptions for people that can't bring in a large screen tv for geek squad service. I've always been pleased to continue this service for all my electronic services.

I am happy with the new TV. The installer was very professional and helpful. I would use Best Buy again.

The agents came in thinking that there would be a lot of work in hooking up the tv. They realized that had left an extra hook-up just in case we would need one and by jove- took a scant 30 minutes to hook it up. Score one for the Geek Squad

The guys set up my tv and showed me how to operate. The guys were very polite, helpful and patient. They didn't leave until they felt like I knew how to operate regular and premium channels.

The guys did a good job setting it up. I asked if the feet could go on a particular way and they did a valent effort trying to accomplish that but they were not made to go on the way I would have liked. When they left it was all set to use

The agents mounted the TV well but could not help us in screen mirroring. Until now we are still trying to figure it out since when we call they say they'll call us back and do not.

Anderson and his boss (Brenda?) set up the new TV beautifully, and I am totally satisfied with both their service and the TV itself. -jdt

Due to a powerboat we lost service with our cable company. Then we tried reinstalling with a new remote and really screwed everything up. Thanks to the Geek Squad guys we got our cable back and had everything working again.

The agents were very good about communicating when they would be arriving. They were friendly and very efficient in setting up the television. This was my first experience using Geek Squad services and I was very pleased.

Bought this TV for my mother and paid extra for the installation. Gentleman was very attentive with my 84yr old mother. Actually went above and beyond.
