The Geek squad was amazing. Very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job and did not take long to setup the television.

The tv was installed and set up very quickly and efficiently. The installer showed me how to use everything and made sure I was comfortable with it. Good job!

They came in. Said good morning. Was done in no time with setup. Showed me how to use the remote. Gave me a couple of more pointers and was gone. Was on time and didn't take up much if my day!

The representative could not have been more efficient or helpful. Answered all questions and demonstrated everything so that I could replicate them. Would never attempt to do a set up like this without Geek Squad.

Very careful technician who set up the walled tv far more carefully and better thought out than I could have done.

Thought I could do it all myself - how wrong was I? These guys are experts at what they do! What would have taken me half a day to do (and it would have been wrong), these guys did in an hour, including describing how everything was now integrated (fire tv, sound bar, xfinity) into one controller. It may seem like a lot of money to spend, but if you want it done correctly, pay the price. If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that cheaping out only ends up costing you more in the end. This is a professional service - pay for it - you won't regret it!

A special shout-out to my geek squad specially, Patrick from Heath, Ohio. He was very informative, not only did he hook everything up and explained things, he also hooked me up to a Sonos sound system that he suggested and a Sony Blu-ray player so he's also quite the salesman also!

Two agents showed up on time and worked well together. Quickly got our Samsung TV set up and integrated with our cable system. Showed us how to operate it and left everything neat.

Both agents were so nice, friendly and efficient. I'm old and don't use the TV very much. so they showed me how to use everything and helped me sign into my apps. .\

The agents set-up our smart Tv in about 90 minutes. This included connecting to Wi-Fi, adding a couple of streaming apps, adjusting color, sound settings and showed us how to use the remote and other features. If I had to set it up, it would have taken me at least two days and a lot not so nice words.

The two Geek Squad members who came to our home were very courteous, worked together perfectly, and installed our new TV stand and 55" TV carefully and quickly. They also showed us how to do everything we would need to with the TV before they left. We appreciated their installation!!

The workers were timely, efficient and very knowledgeable while also providing guidance for an unrelated issue.
