The installer gave us an update regarding their arrival time and it was very accurate. Set up went smooth, except I had forgot to connect the outlet for the new TV to my computer network. The geek squad techs found the problem right away.

The agent who set up the tv was amazing but the people who didn’t appointments were incredibly rude and dismissive. They called me to push up the install date then did not call or show, without explanation. When I called to find out what happened they said even though they called to change my date they never assigned a crew to install. Then said the next available date to install was in about a week. Since I had no choice but to accept the date the lady simply hung up on me. Very unhappy…. Again the installer was very patient and set everything up and explained how it worked to my Mom.

The install folks not only installed my TV, but set up my Best Buy universal remote for this specific TV and improved the remotes functionality based on my unhappiness with the previous Geek Squad universal remote folks. It took this man a maximum of 30 minutes to do what the last guy could not do in 3 separate trips to my house. This remote technician deserves a huge pat on the back and a raise.
