We had two great experiences with the Geek squad. They did a great job setting up the TV with the existing sound system and cable box. Kyle was fantastic, he called to let us know when he was coming. Excellent skills with communication. Our first TV was ordered in June, great set up but the TV ( a low end Samsung Tinzen 8000) was not very good. We upgraded the TV to a Samsung OLED and are really pleased. The new TV was installed on 12 July 23.

The Geek Squad guys were great. went thru all the setup with us and hooked up Ruku and went over some points of operation. very helpful., Well worth investment.

I bought a Fire TV which came with over 120 channels. I still had my cable subscription but found it difficult to switch back and forth and found that a lot of my cable channels were no longer available. I inquired about an antenna that was powerful enough to reach my home several miles from a major city. This antenna was recommended. Installation resulted in another 220 channels including all local channels. Now who needs cable or satellite? And to top it off my installer Donovan has checked back to ensure that I am satisfied with the equipment

Nathan was personable and knew his stuff. He did everything quickly and efficiently along with his right hand man. So so much better than wading through it myself!

I'm a long-term Best Buy customer because of the service. buying the right smart TV is crucial, of course, but why go elsewhere else when BB gives you the best price and absolutely the best service, bar none. My recent smart TV purchase (65" Sony Bravia) was actually enjoyable, and the delivery, mounting and setup was flawless. I had a follow up call with the Geek Squad to resolve an issue caused by a power surge, but they walked me thru resolution of that issue.

I love Total Tech. The gentlemen came the following day I purchased the TV online to deliver and set it up.
