The agents set my 65inch Samsung and connected all my devices together.

It took over a month to get the TV installed. One cancellation after another. While the squad did a good job I'll never use best buy again

My Geek Squad agents had to do a lot of clean-up and reorganization of in-wall cables to my mounted television. They were polite, smart and professional. I absolutely love my Geek Squad TotalTech membership. It provides so much value to me, I will never drop it. It's like having my own IT and home theatre department.

The Geek Squad representative was outstanding. She waited patiently for the TV to be delivered to my home then proceeded to set it up and explain its basic functions expertly. I’m sorry this review is being submitted belatedly and hope its delayed arrival doesn’t negatively affect management’s assessment of her performance.

I have hip arthritis and back issues, so I contacted Geek Squad to set up a TV stand, and set up my 49" TV. Bill Wright came and was very courteous and professional. He even put on little booties once he got inside my house. He set up the stand, attached the TV to it and lifted and placed the whole thing on top of my older TV table. He attached a Roku Express player to it. He carried up an older 32" TV and placed in in a spare bedroom for me. He also took out all boxes after he was done. The whole thing took less than 1 hour.

For the cost it was great two experienced people from Geek Squad came to set things up. Questions were asked and answered by them because I know very little about how to connect different components to a television and to make them work correctly.

Geek Squad was absolutely excellent in the installation of our new TV. Roel's knowledge of tech was shared and was great to learn. Neat in their work and pleasant to talk with. Have used the Geek Squad many times and always pleased with their work.

I was assisted by two of the Geek Squad. The first attempted to complete the transference of contacts from my note 8 to my iPhone 11. That effort proved a no go for both who helped me. I remembered I had an app that stored said info and was able to restore same. The latter gentleman armed with that info, advised how I was to initiate and complete the needed transfer. Came home, initiated and completed!
