Geek Squad delivered and set up my new 77" Sony Bravia TV and packed up and removed the TV it replaces (a return of an LG that couldn't stay connected to the WiFi). The Sony is awesome and the guys from GS did a great job.

The Geek Squad guys did awesome at setting up the TV for mom that I ordered online for her! They were respectful, professional, clean and walked her through the settings and how to use the TV remote and all that...great!!!

The representative from Geek Squad was simply the best. He was professional, friendly, and quite efficient in getting my new tv set up. agents connected the TV, hooked it to all the components in our system, tweaked the picture and various audio options, and helped move out the old tv. Understood everything well and were very helpful.

They did a very good job on set up and advice on the best TV for the way my wife and I use it. They were to fast on instructions and there was a lot left out to show me how to adjust my picture to suit me. I finally figured it out for myself. They were super nice . They should just take more time with you and and sitting down with you and the remote in the customers hand. One thing that worries me is should I need a repair in my home is the turnaround time for service being retired and watching a lot of TV.

The agent was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. I requested the tv on the stand only. So it was a very straightforward installation.

Great service! They unboxed, installed the legs and mounted the tv on my stand. they connected the earc cable from my receiver, connected to my internet, downloaded upgrades and got everything set up. Friendly service!!

as i said previously. you picked a winner when you hired the technician who installed my tv.courteous, respectful,knowledgeable, caring . he should make a good asset to your management team.

The geek squad set up was great. They were courteous and efficient. They had to come back a second time because the first TV was defective and the replacement had to be rescheduled SEVERAL times due to availability.

All my dealing with the Geek Squad has always be productive, professional & problem solving. They are truly a great team & go beyond to rectify any issues you have actually take your problem personal and make it their own to make sure that they find a solution

Mr. Jeff Hicks is very good, he set up the TV. but he is not a Teacher. he did not show us what to do. now when the TV comes on we get cox top box comes on, a voice comes on we change when change the sound. I will call him and see if he can talk me on the phone to fix the above.

Brad installed television- made all necessary adjustments- was on time- was professional- cleaned up before leaving- probably the best service person to visit our house in the last year.

Associate arrived in a timely manner, was very pleasant, courteous and got me set up in no time. Unpacked the set and removed all debris. He was thorough and gave me his number if i had any questions.
