Service tech did a great job! My cable system uses their remote and not the one belonging to this 24" TV. He programed everything as needed and showed me what he did. I can count on this tech to do good work. He has done several service calls for me and very happy.

Geek Squad mounted my tv to new stand and hooked up all my devices. Only item they couldn’t hook up was my old wii. But they told me what I needed to buy so it would work. So now every thing is great

I keep having trouble with the volume level on this set. Sometimes I have to turn it up to 100 to hear anything instead of 40’s. I think it was defective or tech mid-set it. He thought I had a satellite dish. I have only UVerse. I have an identical set and it doesn’t malfunction like this so think it’s the installation.

The representatives worked until the job was complete. The guy in charge answered all of my questions, pointed out some tips that would help operate the tv more efficiently. The recent tv is just like the previous TV purchased in February of this year, only smaller.
