The Geek Squad did deliver my new TV and set it up for my use. However, they did not clean up their mess before they left. They did an okay job, but with just a little more effort they could have done a much better job.

Fast and efficient. They were even familiar with all our older devices and had everything hooked up and running in no time.

My wife and I purchased a television as a gift for my legally blind sister. We paid for setup assistance and the tech did show. Because she did not have internet hookup, the tech was not able to provide much service at that time. He left my sister a contact number and told her to call when wifi was added and he would come back to setup the TV. She called and he basically did a flip off stating there is nothing he can do, no service per the paid additional fee.

The agents mounted our new TV, hooked it up to all necessary devices, and were very kind and professional in explaining all tge functions and details.

The tv connect and set up of my 19 inch tv went fine. They put the legs on, connected it/started it up electronically and answered all my questions and took my old tv away and took the box away that my new tv came in.
