I would imagine that after spending $4k+ I would be excited about my installation, instead I'm upset. Somehow I was supposed to know that it would be additional charge $100 to get tv installed above a fire place. Ok. Even then that's fine. But it would have been nice for them to tell me prior to connecting that they would charge me an additional $40 to connect my sound bar. If I would have known that I would have installed the sound bar myself. I had toptech purchased it should have been included at least the sound bar connection. I would have still have them mount my tv even after paying the extra, but not the sound bar. The guys were nice and tried their best with my set up. I'm unhappy for unforseen additional expenses and not good communication on some of the charges.

The agent fixed the problem I had with the signal cutting out from my receiver to the TV.

James the salesman and Brin the installer made my return to Best Buy very comfortable.

I need a teck to come back and line ever thing for me. Line voice up with sound and dial in sound bar. Please call or e-mail me so that we can get this problem fixed.
