Agent rush job on installation.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agent installed my 55" Sony XR 90L TV with the Sony HTA3000 sound bar, and Apple TV 4K box. A few negative items: 1). The agent told us that the TV stand legs could not raise the TV high enough to put the sound bar under the bottom of the TV so I was about to go spend another $170 on a pedestal stand in order to get the sound bar under the botttom of the TV frame. After doing some quick research in the owners manual on Sony's website I discovered that the stand legs were adjustable and I was able to get the sound bar under the bottom of my TV. I almost spent an extra $170 for a pedestal stand because the agent was not thorough enough to take the time to figure out that the TV stand was adjustable. Very disappointing! 2). The agent seemed very rushed and really didn't give me a confident feeling in his work.
