Geel Squad installed my TV but no tuning info.

Poor customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I talked to 4 separate customer service agents to ask for a return of $60, as I prepaid to have my old tv removed. I decided to keep it so it was not removed. To this day, I have not received my money. Very poor customer service

Geek Squad - limited setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad came into the apartment, took the TV out of the box and set it up on my dresser (no mounting involved). This was quick and they did not even show how to use the TV or how to set up the google or anything.. This was unusual as I typically have a much better experience with them.

Tried to tell the Geek squad tech that installed it that the color was not right. He blew me off and said it was Direct TV fault. WHAT!!!! The old tv that went out has great picture and color until it stopped working. 12 yards away out bedroom tv has perfect picture and color. Think the setting needs to be set..but we are elderly and not capable of doing that. He just did not want to take the time to adjust it. NEVER SEND HIM OUT TO OUR HOUSE AGAIN!

TV set up.

When I came home and turned it on I was very disapointed with the picture. My husband noticed but hadn't said anything. I called the store and was told to call Samsung for help. They helped me make it better. Was disapointed we paid 200 dollars to you for set up.
