I had great experience with service guys. They are very professionsal and on time and clean service.

Agent, Jason, was very helpful and mounted TV and helped reconnect to Wi-FI, etc. Very dedicated to helping and giving assistance.

The two guys were very efficient. They had the TV unboxed, legs on and on the stand in 10 minutes. Hooked it into the online service and had me watching TV in a very short amount of time. They also were nice enough to move my old projection TV into another room. Could not have asked for better service.

The Geek Squad technician quickly set up the tv and was able to connect the wifi. When it turned out the special headphones that had previously been used on an older tv needed a converter from analog to digital to connect to the optical audio output on the new smart tv, he searched the web to find the necessary items, a photo of them and explanation. Through his great help, the (very good) headphones soon were connected and worked perfectly

Geek Squad did another outstanding job for us. They set up our TV and took care of all the apps, etc. that need to be done. Best service!!

I was very glad that I choose to use the Geek Squad service. The service person showed up on time and gave me a twenty minute notice. I really like the online communication and their set up was extremely quick. When I checked the set up, the wires in the back of the TV were all organized in a very neat fashion. They programed the TV and set up the remove, as well as showed me how to use it. Great Service.

The agent arrived on time and set up my new TV quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and responded knowledgeably to my questions. He explained the various function to my satisfaction before he left. This was my first smart TV so I was a little anxious about it. I have been very satisfied with it over the past few weeks.

The two man team arrived on schedule and completed the job in a reasonable time. They did have to repeat a couple of steps as did not account for need to adjust brackets before tightening everything. And, luckily I have a great set of tools as they did not so I supplemented theirs. Nice guys and were professional. Got everything setup as I wanted.

The agents spent about 45 minutes explaining all the items to me and set up my comcast remote and adding in my apps....I'm over 60 - so technology is really passing me by thee days. The agents were professional and on time. My new TV was up and running in short order! They put it where I wanted it. Took the old one away along with all the old cords etc. I was happy with my purchase.
