Two excellent installers. Well worth having these two deliver and install the tv! Glad we paid for elivery (and haul away old TV).

Both tv's were set up as requested. All questions I had were answered. Unfortunately for me, I failed to ask how to activate some of the apps. I plan to call and have a Geek Squad member walk me through the process. The GeekSquad is who I always call when I have a problem with any of my electronics. They are top notch technicians!

The TV’s were installed perfectly by the Geek Squad-Matt. I bought the tech package for $180 and what a disappointment. My remote wouldn’t work with the one TV. I was passed from one Geek Squad to 4 others for help. No one would take the time to help. Customer service at the store passed me off, too. So for $180 I got no help. Clear Picture cable company solved the problem for $ O dollars.. The remote needed to be reprogrammed to the TV. I still want to speak to the manager of Best Buy and can’t reach him!

Nate and Mike had several things to do! Get rid of an old tv, move a big tv to another place and install a bigger tv! They were champs. And it was just as agents were being allowed to enter homes again. Working in the special gear must have been a bit challenging, but you would have never known it! They moved along easily! And they were very friendly.

I purchased a 65" Sony OLED TV from Best Buy to replace the 14 year old 50" Plasma set mounted above the fireplace in our living room. I knew given the size of the new TV and the fact that I am now 74 meant I would need someone do the installation for me. I purchased the Geek Squad TV Connect of 56" and larger installation service. The work that Jamison and his co-worker did in removing our old TV and installing the new one is without question "Best of Class" in my opinion. The installation was not nearly as simple as I thought it would be. After taking the old set down, it was readily apparent that my thought to just move the old wall mount from the back of the old TV and bolt it to the TV. That would have worked. But the unsightly connection of wires connecting from the ORBI Mesh network and Roku and other factors would have made it look like it was not professionally installed. They relocated the original wall mount and set up the wires so that nothing was showing. It was not an easy task. Jamison then made changes to the way I had the TV Remote set up to enhance the quality of the TV picture and the sound. Finally, they cleaned up and everything when finished.

Allen from the Best Buy Geek Squad delivered and setup 2 TVs for me, a Samsung - 50” Class Q80C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV, and a Samsung - 55” Class Q80C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. Both TVs are wonderful, great picture quality, great sound and easy installation with instant connection via WiFi. Allen made the installation a learning experience he didn't talk over my head with technical terminology that I couldn't follow and never made me feel stupid with the many questions I had for him. And thanks to Allen, I had a Great Installation Experience and now 2 Great Smart TVs.

I spent a little more money to get the TV and sound bar set up correctly. The geek squad tech did a great job. He made sure the TV connected to my WIFI, connected to the sound bar, and showed me a couple of tricks with the controllers. He did an adjustment on the TV settings because he had set up many Samsung 55's with HDR in the past. I could not be more pleased with the final settings and sound. Thank you Geek Squad.

Jeff, the technician, quickly unboxed, and installed the TV and connected it to all my devices. And, he programmed the TV remote to my Cable remote. He, also, showed how to use the features of the Smart TV.

We purchased the LG 55" B8. Beautiful picture and simple to use ... so far.

We scheduled this to help with TV setup and installation. Turns out the installation was very straight forward and we were able to do it easily ourselves. We cancelled the home service, and that was very easy too! The Squad was great!

We received excellent installation by John and Dustin. They were professional, helpful, and very communicative. They answered all our questions and anticipated ones we didn’t think to ask. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The techs arrived as scheduled and installed the TV and hooked it up to my existing sound unit without any issues. They answered my questions and gave me a quick start course regarding the operation of the TV.

My TV was installed, and I was able to operate it without any problems. All my streaming apps were ready to go. The whole installation was painless.
