The techs arrived as scheduled and installed the TV and hooked it up to my existing sound unit without any issues. They answered my questions and gave me a quick start course regarding the operation of the TV.

Installer was polite and fast. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he ignored my request for cord control, so I had to disconnect and reconnect to make things look neat.

Both Tech’s arrived with all the tools for the installation. Job was done quickly and professionally. We would have no hesitation referring them to our family and friends.

I was very pleased with The Geek Squad's professionalism. I was contacted throughout all stages of the appointment. The crew showed up on time, unboxed my TV and totally set it up with all connections. They then went through the on screen set up and made sure everything was working properly.

Geek Squad guys were great! Professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explained extra questions related to but nonessential to the TV set up which helped me understand how to manage my present TV usage and plan for additional viewing-related purchases in future (disc player/apps).

Larry was just great!! He took time to set everything up and answered all my questions,. We did have some problems setting up the apps, but he was very patient. Thank you for the excellent service!!

The team that setup the TV always let me know when they would arrive. They took out the old TV and put up the new one and get it all set and explained all the things they changed and setup up for me.

Delivery & setup went extremely well. Included was device startup & intructions to operate it. Answered all questions & left contact info with us to reach them if further help needed.

The Geek Squad has always provided superior service, from cleaning a virus from my laptop to the recent delivery service. The set up was quick. The guys completely knowledgeable.

The technician took his time and explained how the remote worked along with all the new options on my TV. He even knew how to do the bypass for the privacy settings screens that I asked him about doing for me. Very knowledgeable and polite guy!

The guys carried our big TV upstairs, connected it quickly and then gave us a tutorial on how to use the remote, etc. They helped us set up our preferences and answered all our questions. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, including the ability to to talk to us “old folk” in terms we could understand. They were great!

Best Buy agent set up Poor my TV was exactly what I was hoping. He came to the door he was professional he connected everything he delivered the TV I didn’t have to worry about anything. He explained what he was doing and How everything worked on the TV. I am extremely happy with the set up!

I had Mike Martens come out to set my whole new entertainment system & I can't say enough about the excellent service he provided. Spent plenty of time explaining how everything worked even though there is a learning curve to operating a new 4K system that I am still working on. I highly recommend him & please pass on my thanks to him!

The guys that came out and delivered our new t.v. were great. They handled everything very professional and made sure I knew how to navigate our new tv.

The Geek Squad installed my TV & Home Theater System for me. I could have done this myself but I chose to have the Geek Squad do the installation. This was a great investment. I learned so much from them, especially the fine tuning to get the peak performance from the TV & optimal sound quality from the soundbar & rear speakers. GREAT INVESTMENT!
