Overall great experience! Installers were fast and professional, The Mounted TV's were installed in several areas' and were square and level. Once completed, they cleaned up their work areas.

Was an absolute nightmare. Install window first said 11-3pm, then it got cancelled without notice to 3-5pm, and then never showed up until I get a call that they were going to come at 6pm, they didn’t show up till 9pm! Wasted my entire day, the worst part is they didn’t have one of my mounting brackets for my TV. I had to go to the store to buy a completely different one and the service tech was extremely unprofessional. He cancelled one of the install services without confirming with me and gave me an extremely hard time because he didn’t want to install one of my TV’s. Geek squad didn’t come out for this service it was a private contractor that car in an unmarked pick up truck with no branding or uniform.

Technicians very polite and knowledgeable about the products installed. Didn't have to wait all day for them to arrive. Easy breezy!!

Got Geek Squads (2 different squads) to install tv's on wall with mounts in 3 rooms. Then had them out to install a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher ( all done on same day) They were on time, knew what they were doing, and did it right. Worth every penny

Phoned the Geek Squad for help wall mounting 3 TVs in a house we just moved into after having an electrician wire the walls. Geel Squad showed up with the correct wall mounts, installed them perfectly centered and vacuumed up the wallboard dust when done.
