the guys that came our were very polite and easy to work with. they cleaned up after themselves and knew exactly what to do.

They mounted the television in a timely and efficient manner. We had a difficult time with Best Buy on an item they could not complete and a refund on our BB card.

Agents mounted the screen and projector, and helped set up most devices. There is an issue with the IR extension on the projector that needs to be fixed. I was told it would be taken care of within the week. It has been 4 weeks still not working correctly. The local Geek Squad apparently was not notified. Otherwise it was fine.
