    Lied to about what would be included and didn't tellme otherwise until after I had paid and tv was delivered; So they didn't have the right stuff with them and had to come back. Then lied to about having someone available to install on several separate occasions, causing me to miss work for nothing. Once they finally scheduled someone who was actually available, the crew that showed up did a good job and were polite and professional and shared my pain....

    GS installed TV wrong and struggling to get fixed

    Geek squad came to install TV. Left cords open and they got crushed. Told me with this mount they can’t mount lower. I read mounts installation manual and found they were wrong. Today 5/17 they were supposed to come and fix. App showed arrival in 14 min and next text showed they cancelled. Called to reschedule was on phone 25 min and was told they could not reach me. They are lying. My phone was with me whole time.

    Installer failed to tell us that the in-wall power kit that was ordered by the in -home consultant was overkill for a 48” tv.

    They mounted my tv and my cable box has not worked properly since. I had someone one from Best Buy come out to look at it and he said it was the cable box which is brand new. Basically they broke my cable box!

    I already reviewed this and cant believe I wasnt contacted. The service was awful . One of the techs dropped the tv and told the other tech, we will just tell best buy it was damaged in the box. They installed the tv, but did not test it with anyone or checkout, they simply left. I will never use Best buy again based on teh actual service and follow up from it.

    This has to do with the third party Best Buy was using. They never showed up on a Monday in their time slot 9-12. I called Best Buy and 2 and they said they have no way to reach them. 8pm some guy calls my cells and doesn’t say who he is or what he works for. He just says we will see you Thursday I explained I’m not waiting 3 more days. He said the driver called you and you said okay. I said no one but you have called I’ve been waiting all day for you to drop my tv and mount it. He said sorry we can’t help until Thursday.

    A third party company did this installation and I’ll just say the service had a lot to be desired. But, at least they were nice enough to refund us our money for the installation!

    You hope the products they install don’t have any damage otherwise you have to start fresh as they don’t have any control over the inventory in the stores.

    Awful service. We bought the TV in November of 2024. It’s now October 2025 and yet we still do not have a tv installed or delivered. Twice now Best Buy has canceled our order within 10hrs before delivery

    BEST BUY WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE TWO TV'S THEY HAD PROMISED ME WOULD BE DELIVERED ON CERTAIN DATE. I TRIED TO REMEDY THROUGH THEM AND THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO REACH ANYONE AND THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT MEET DELIVERY DATE. OFFERED A NEW DATE 10 DAYS IN THE FUTURE-UNACCEPTABLE.

    3rd party instillation failure of 98” TV.

    Home delivery and install canceled twice. The Manada company is horrible, no communication, all excuses when I have to call them. Claim is that Best Buy won’t release the mount to them, but the mount is available in store or one day shipping. Made me wait four to five hours for them to arrive two times and I still don’t have my TV. Request a different installation team besides Manada. Best Buy is trying to help as much as possible.

    The installation by the contractor was sloppy and unprofessional. Best Buy needs to have a well trained dedicated team just for installation, not self employed contractors that don’t care. I should have done it myself.

    They could have attempted to drape the curtains behind it better. I had to remove the tv an do it myself. Other than that, they were good.

    agents mounted TV but am told they are not allowed to hide the cables. I thingk that is ridiculous. They should be able to do the whole job
