Got the table because it was on sale and looked nice but when I put it together and put stuff on the glass shelves it broke down because the hinges the glass hangs on were plastic and one ended up breaking. Luckily none of my stuff broke but I returned it to best buy for a different stand.

I’m using this TV stand with a 48” SonyBravia, with a Sony SoundBar with down firing subwoofers on the top shelf. My concern with any stand is that a down firing subwoofer is going to cause vibrations. Although it can feel the vibrations on the glass shelf a bit, there is no rattle or buzzing noises. The metal frame on this stand is solid. Although I wish they made a version with shelves made with MDF with vinyl covering instead of glass because glass is REALLY hard and I’m always worried I’m going to hurt myself bumping into it, however, with this stand the metal frame protects the glass corners and sides so if you bump into it, you’ll hit the metal instead, which actually would probably hurt less than the glass. There’s plenty of space on this thing for my set-up with is a TV and sound bar on top, a Wii U with controllers, Disney Infinity pad, and a bunch of amiibos. I would recommend this stand to anyone. It’s simple design fits well into numerous types of décor and my wife loves the way it looks in our living room.

Top shelf glass was shattered and didn't have instructions

A bit of work to put together but they are nice shelves

Had to return to store after opening and removing all pieces. Back support was missing and, therefore, it could not be used. Also, required other tools to put together. Exchanged it for a different and checked in store that all pieces were there.

I bought the stand about a month ago and I put a 55" Panasonic Viera on it. My wife and I put it together in about 20 minutes with no complications you just have to be careful with the glass. I have had no problems with it so far, would purchase another one if/when I get another TV.

Nearing the release of the PS4 and XBOX ONE, I knew that I would need to make room for the new consoles. My old stand was cheap wood with a cardboard back and it really didn't offer much in the way of ventilation. Also, the thought of disconnecting my 360 and PS3 to make room kind of hurt a little. My solution was to buy a stand that could comfortably shelve my consoles, cable box, internet router, and have room to spare. This thing did the trick. Set up was easy for the most part. It took me less than an hour. My sweaty hands ended up doing their work on the black glass but those hand prints are on the underside. As it stands now, I was able to fit my 360 (old model), router, and PS3 (fat) all on one shelf with space in between. I have my cable box resting in front of my 40'' TV so I have a whole shelf available for the PS4 and X1 (even a Wii U if I feel compelled to get one). Right now I'm using the aforementioned shelf to hold my collection of current gen games and a few blu-ray movies. Pretty soon, I'll be buying a rack for those though. All in all, my only complaint is the price. I wasn't too thrilled about paying nearly $200 for a stand, but in this situation, you definitely get what you paid for. And I say the money was well-spent.

I needed a stand that was strong enough to hold my old school Onkyo receiver that I use for my outdoor sound. The receiver weighs about 80 lbs just by itself and since it wasn't going on the top shelf, finding something I was confident would hold it without spending a fortune was a challenge.This fills the bill perfectly. The fact that it is upgradeable and I can add the TV bracket later is a bonus. It even went on sale for $30 cheaper 2 weeks after I bought it and I had no problem getting the money back thanks to the price match policy. i am very happy with this purchase.

I am so happy that I picked this stand for my 46" Insignia TV. It is the perfect size, and looks very classy in my living room. It holds all my accessories without looking crowded. I don't worry about it being too flimsy to hold everything...it is very sturdy. Also, it was NOT hard to put together!!!

When I saw this in store I was instantly impressed with the quality look of the stand. After putting it together (and it surviving 2 moves!) I have validated my initial reaction. Great stand for the money. It's glass, but it's sturdy as anything. I have a 42" LCD (a heavy one!) a Denon receiver, Xbox, Wii, Blu Ray Player and a Scientific Atlanta HD DVR and they all fit perfectly on the 3 shelves.

Really great TV stand for shoppers looking for a modern-looking TV stand. I personally prefer metal and glass over wood, and this was the best option I found after shopping at several stores/websites. The box is heavy due to all the glass, but the stand is easy to move after it's assembled.

Easy to assemble, pretty nice solid components. I liked the clean look of things but haven't been a huge fan of open back stands since you have wiring going everywhere. Just takes a little tlc to make sure your cabling looks ok.

Looked @ other makes and models, but either shipping cost just as much as product or the glass shelves were Not tinted [ black ]. This TV stand complements my LG 55" 3D panel, which weighs 58.8 lbs. The specifications state product works with 50" TV or item weighing 300 lbs. If you are skeptical about supporting your 70" panel, this TV stand will accommodate at least 225 lbs. Speaking of assembly, instruction manual illustrates step-by-step process and what parts will be used for assembly. The parts labeled alphabetically. i.e. angled arms 'A' & 'B'; bottom glass support 'C' [ you are able to see in photo ]; wire management 'D'; glass panels 'G', 'H' & 'I'; fasteners, felt pads for glass, etc. are grouped and labeled on package. Also, comes with a combination Hex head wrench /Phillips head screw driver. Final assembly 39 minutes 38 seconds. F.Y.I. :: Be VERY careful when handling [ loading /unloading ] carton. Due to weight of glass [ 3 ] panels, part of packaging [ carton ] tore & exposed glass shelf. Speaking of glass, for those who Hate dusting, { Black tint }. TIP:: place glass shelves with 'label' tab side up [ toward ceiling ]. :-} DEFINITELY....Recommend { Init 48" TV Stand } product!!!

Very happy with this purchase. Much less expensive than some similar units I looked at. Sturdy, but glass shelves could be better secured. They will drop out of supports if you try to move the finished stand while holding the glass, instead of the metal frame.

Easy to assemble with great instructions, I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. I had it shipped to my door and there was no damage. The stand feels very sturdy and upmarket, definitely worth the price paid.

Set up was easy. The glass creates a very sleek look. Sturdy construction. The top glass can slide a little bit and isn't secured very well, but generally doesn't move unless there's nothing on top of it and you are trying to move it. There were scratches on the black coating on the underside of the glass that show through. But I only noticed after I had assembled most of it. So check the glass prior to beginning assembly. Otherwise, it's a very good product that looks modern.

I bought this to fit my 40" TV. It fits well and you can go up to 50" as advertised. I really like the modern look and it is a space saver. It is very sturdy steel and glass which does it make it pretty heavy. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that one bolt was stripped but other then that is was an easy install.

this was pretty easy to assemble. i am not real handy at that, but the pieces and various screws etc were clearly marked which made it simple to assemble. it's very well built and all the pieces fit together nicely. i didn't even cuss when assembling it. it easily supports our new 50 inch plasma. whoever wrote the instructions did a great job. while it's solid, it isn't so huge that it dominates the living room.

Much more durable than I imagined. Quite sturdy and attractive. this was a good puchase. Very easy to put together.
