My packages arrived busted up but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had the frame all set up and was at the point of putting the glass shelves on. I opened that part of the package and shattered glass pieces spilled out all over my carpet. I've been having the hardest time just trying to communicate with Best Buy, endlessly on hold without even getting to talk to anyone. All I want are replacement shelves, not to drag the entire set up into the store and return it. Ughhhh. If it arrives to you undamaged it's grand, just a bit short.
