This was an amazing movie. I could watch it over and over again. Can't wait till New Moon comes out.

this so-called vampire movie took away from the horror and carnage of the better vampire movies such as interview with the vampire or the lost boys. these so-called vampires were trying to live an almost human existence while the others( still want human blood gang) put up no fight and basically ran from the meek,weak family type vampires. the storyline was completely lame and lacked any real exictement. i only hope the sequel is better. i will say the acting from the cast was as good as they could provide for such a tame vampire movie. they should have had more special effects and less of i can't be near you because i want to suck you dry!

This movie rocks, I loved it. I can't wait till part 2 comes out, can't wait to see more.

all I have to say is GLITTER BODY PAINT?!?!?....ok it was a really good movie if your under 17, However, if your like ma and your an adult who loved the books and was really looking forward to the movie...skip it...it was NOT GOOD...it wasnt horrible, but dont expect much...there are parts that are unintentionally funny....Jasper looks constipated for most of his scenes....hopefully the second movie will be better....it did have a few decent moments of action, but over all its only worth buying if its under $6...or if you know a tween who will love you forever because "shes like soo in love with Rob Patterson".

Seen this movie at least 6 times and just love it.

I read the book first and was iffy about it, I watched the movie after and thought "what where they thinking" The casting was good. The make-up was unbelievably hideous, yeah it wasn't like the book but it should have had the edge the book had. Bella in the book had a personality, Bella in the movie was pretty much blah but that was directing error. The acting was ok but left a lot to be desired especially since they strayed from the book so much. I just hope that they clean it up for the next movies.
