Warranty coverage is defined as per law, therefore it applies depending on what your country established, if the product is out of the validity time frame, unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions.
I advise keeping in touch with my colleagues at the Support team, it's possibly something solvable with a thorough troubleshooting, or maybe just changing a spare parts if possible 😉

Purchased 2 sets a couple if months ago and could only test that they work. On the table they were able to sink and do random paterns. I will have to wait until the tree is set up to give a full review.

Twinkly updated the app. I bought 4 boxes of 600. None are working. Twinkly customer service (email only) asks you to perform numerous tasks & send a video of yourself doing it. Insane for the price. Best Buy should look at the comments on the app in play store. Its not just me.

If a string stops working, it may not be possible to fix it (luckily this is not always the case, it needs to be evaluated case by case).
It doesn’t mean that there’s no solution: if the product is under warranty it has to be replaced.
