Best lights you can buy!!! Ssssooo worth the money!

Their nothing wrong with light i quite like them but there is too few of them, so i return them and brough the bigger pack 400 light but still feel in order to get the full effect u need to go bigger or set them in a small aerea just my opinion.

These lights are amazing; everyone just wants to sit around and change the patterns-super fun!

If the wifi connection issues weren't a thing, these would get 5 stars.

Half of the string LEDs stopped working, and Twinkly refused to replace because they only have a 1 year warranty in the US vs. 2 years in the EU.

Fun to style around any shape or around a wire to design an image

I wanted to get these last Christmas but they went out of stock. Purchased 2 sets a couple if months ago and could only test that they work. On the table they were able to sink and do random paterns. I will have to wait until the tree is set up to give a full review.

Stopped working and no customer support. Used indoor only for two holidays periods.

love the lights.......... but for the price i would expect a great app to work them the current app always freezes and i have to always exit it and start it again and hope it works there is no customer service what so ever

Is the app, the light o something else but twinkly sistem is broken garbage and they can't fif it twinkly is over.

Regret buying these light, they cant connect to my wifi even with technical support from Twinkly. Their app sucks. Im returning the product. Very disappointed

My original 400 strand (purchased a yr ago) were great until a month ago. Twinkly updated the app. I bought 4 boxes of 600. None are working. Twinkly customer service (email only) asks you to perform numerous tasks & send a video of yourself doing it. Insane for the price. Best Buy should look at the comments on the app in play store. Its not just me.

They look terrible outside. The brightness is misleading and the mapping takes forever.

These lights stopped working after only two weeks. I emailed the manufacturer and they told me there’s nothing they could do.

Very expensive. Kind of cool. Died after 30 minutes. As you know, When your tree lights die, you have to remove every ornament from the tree to take the tree lights off. What a dissapointment. For such an extreme high cost, I'd expect decent quality control.

Greta lights, but only lasted one season. Pretty expensive for an annual purchase. I purchased two 100 strings and two 600 strings, and both 100 wouldn't power on for their second Christmas season.

Worked for a few weeks last year, packed them up and stored them (indoors). When I connected them this year they wont power on at all. This was on the the last day of the 12 month warranty. I contacted Twinkly support and after them making me jump through all kinds of hoops they finally agreed it was a hardware failure and suggested I return it to the store where I bought it. After dealing with support, I am now outside the 12 month warranty window and waiting to see how Bestbuy responds. Either way, these should last more than one season!

Not as clear or as easy to setup. Prepare time and patience and precision.

I'm assuming that I just received a faulty product because I have 2 sets of Generation I RGB that turn completely white and have a full range of color. The white on the strings I received is a very noticeable Teal/Light Blue. I just had to use my previous set and return these.
