Very expensive. Kind of cool. Died after 30 minutes. As you know, When your tree lights die, you have to remove every ornament from the tree to take the tree lights off. What a dissapointment. For such an extreme high cost, I'd expect decent quality control.

Greta lights, but only lasted one season. Pretty expensive for an annual purchase. I purchased two 100 strings and two 600 strings, and both 100 wouldn't power on for their second Christmas season.

Worked for a few weeks last year, packed them up and stored them (indoors). When I connected them this year they wont power on at all. This was on the the last day of the 12 month warranty. I contacted Twinkly support and after them making me jump through all kinds of hoops they finally agreed it was a hardware failure and suggested I return it to the store where I bought it. After dealing with support, I am now outside the 12 month warranty window and waiting to see how Bestbuy responds. Either way, these should last more than one season!

Not as clear or as easy to setup. Prepare time and patience and precision.

I'm assuming that I just received a faulty product because I have 2 sets of Generation I RGB that turn completely white and have a full range of color. The white on the strings I received is a very noticeable Teal/Light Blue. I just had to use my previous set and return these.

Twinkly needs to get it together. app worked well last year lost alot of functionality and ease of use this year. also, careful about the interoperability of the strings. moronic naming convention makes it almost implossible to figure out that some strings work with only the exact same strings, while others don't

These were cool at first, but 1 year after purchase I was already having software issues. Plus, the wires are pretty fragile. My wires were accidently pulled apart by my daughter and that is NOT covered under the protect

Purchased two because I wasn't sure how much I needed. Turned out, only one. Set it up, no power. The power brick was dead out of the box. Swapped the power brick in from the second one, and got power. Attempted to connect to wifi, dead wireless connector. Returned both.

Got these lights for my non traditional Christmas tree, its an upside down tree we first saw in 2002 in Melbourne, Florida. With that being said, my plan is to have a year around holiday tree, and these lights fit the bill perfectly. Yes they are expensive, but well worth it! Super bright but dimmable with the downloaded app, numerous patterns with more that can be added for free. Plus if you are so inclined, can make your own patterns. Custom colors within those patterns, pick your own, and rename and keep. Awesome lights, amazed I havent seen more of them around, but thzts probably due to the cost.

Lights stopped working after heavy rain and ice storm

Won't connect to wifi which makes this little better than something I could have bought for 1/4 of the price.

Waste of money! Only worked one year. I might as well have purchase lights from dollar tree

Amazing product! Would recommend to anyone that likes lights. It is on the expensive side but very nice. I use them outside and they were great.

These are amazing lights! There is a little bit of a learning curve with the app associated with the lights but it works out in the end. The lights are bright and gorgeous!

Stopped working after 2 days. Won’t even turn on anymore. :(

Stopped working right around Christmas and we had to return these lights.

First year with these and the whole family loves them. A bit out of the ordinary setting them up from the center of the strings but its still easy to do. Buying more with these sales as we speak for next years set up!

I decided to splurge on these lights after some research. I was able to purchase (and get in hand same day) 2 sets of 250 RBG lights on December 16th. I was concerned about the app functionality as I am an android user. I am operating with a PIXEL 3a XL and it works seamlessly. After watching one user video - Set-up was a breeze!!.. I easily connected the two sets together to function as a unit and am addicted to designing new light scapes. I almost don"t want to decorate the tree, as I don't want to obscure these beautiful lights!!!!

Adding on to a few strands weve used for 2 years now; love being able to switch up our colors!
