Love these... It was so easy to get these up and running (just pushed a button and then followed the directions in the app). I may have to go back and pick up another now that I know I can link them together to have the cool light patterns go across multiple strings.

I bought two sets of Gen 2 600 LED lights back in January 2021. I had to wait until they were back in stock so I got them after xmas and just put them on the shelf until next year. 9 months later I put them up outdoors for Halloween. One of the power adapters died after about 2 weeks. I was worried I was going to have to fight with Twinkly to get a replacement because it had been 9 months since I purchased them. I sent an e-mail to Customer Service and they responded in less than a day. All they wanted was a picture of the voltage label on the adapter so they could be sure to send the correct replacement. Less than a week later I had a new one. I will have no problem buying more Twinkly products knowing that they stand behind them. I didn't have a real problem setting up the two sets of lights to act as one group. It was pretty easy. As some other reviewers have stated, take a little time to make sure the light strands are spaced evenly so there are no gaps in your display. I had to go back and move a few lights to fill dark spots, and then ended up having to remap the lights because I moved them.

I love LED lights, and thought this was going to be a fun product. Nothing bad, but not what I was hoping for at the price of the product. I like the all-weather ruggedness, I am not a big fan of the app and think the UI could use some improvements. I like the color scheme, but after multiple days of trying, could not get the color to remain. Really good concept, just not good enough.

These are so cool, they look great, and I was surprised at how easy it was to get these set up. I originally bought these to decorate for Christmas, we will be putting these on our deck too to light up that space as well! The ones on the front of the house will be red/green, and we will set the deck lights to white or blue for a cool ambience affect.

I absolutely love these lights. The more you have together the better effect you will have!!

So much fun changing colors!! You can have different lights every day if you want but our favorite is the gradually changing rainbow.

This lights are amazing! They are easy to set up and to control. I had many good comments about the lights this past Christmas. It is very easy to control with the application. I used them outdoors and had no problems with rain. I would highly recommend them. I am planning to get more for use in different occasions. Do not hesitate, buy them!

I love these lights! They are super easy to use and my favorite part is that they connect by Bluetooth. I have already had so much fun creating different light patterns and designs for many occasions! It’s so awesome that they can be used all year ‘round too! Highly recommend !

These lights are very convenient that you can change the colors without ever taking them down from the house. However, they do not daisy chain, so each set needs to be plugged in. Also the power supplies die a lot and are never in stock on their website making your lights useless.

Wonderful have 6 sets now. Love them would recommend

Great product! It allows customized light shows....

This a really cool product but not $120 cool. The lights are all plastic and felt very cheap. It was a little bit of a challenge putting them up since the two strands are connected to each other and the controller. Make sure you DON'T UN BUNDLE THE LIGHTS AT ONCE. HOLD THE BUNDLE AND THEN PUT THE LIGHTS UP. Since we did not do this, it took a lot loner to put up the lights. When setting up you have to map the lights with your phone and when you do it 3d it did not really work so I would recommend 2d mapping and a 2d setup so it is easier. But the effects are EPIC! If you like lights, you will love these smart lights. But if you are not on the wifi the lights are on you can not control them. And the Alexa and google control only can do solid colors, not patterns. Over all good lights.

Within less than five days one of the lights burned out. A lot of money spent for a defect to start so soon.

Product shipped without controller, so it cannot link to app. As a result, I have a ridiculously expensive string of white lights. I have tried to contact Twinkly customer service via their contact page on two occasions; no response. Period. Why do business with a company that ships defective products without providing any customer support?

Stopped working after 3 Christmas's. After talking to customer support for a month, they sent us a new power supply. Still did not work after that. Then they emailed saying its not under warranty and 25% a new set of lights. Quality is terrible. Way to expensive to use only 3 times and stop working.
