Works great and app is easy to use. Was a little concerned about using it outdoors as the box only says "Weatherproof", but I've had it outside for 2 weeks now, even during the rain, and no issues. The lights are little smaller than I had hoped though.

I'm pleased with the lights. This generation is better than the 1st gen.

Very cool lights. Would love to get some for my actual Christmas tree currently use them as accent lighting for my computer since they do sync up with synapse

It’s worth the money to get enough lights to display the visual effects you want. No issues outside in the ever changing weather.

These are great but keep in mind you can't daisy chain them.

These lights are a bit pricey, but if you can get over that they will make an excellent addition to your holiday decorations. I used them on our Christmas tree. The lights were easy to set up. It’s best to string them up in a very dense pattern. Making a 3D model of the tree was straightforward but be sure you are able to block any light reflecting off surrounding surfaces. I needed help from another person holding a large towel. iPhone app is good and the presets are beautiful!

Made a frame soni can change the shape....been running straight for a year! On for 6 hours a night.

If you are in the market for something a little different to decorate for any holiday or event, these lights are the best.

The lights are great and do exactly what you want. One of those things don’t realize how nice they are until you have them.

Was excited to use, however, we had put our lights on already. Purchased for next year. We get a 4 foot and should be wrap around nicely. Can’t wait until next year.

App is way way too glitchy. I literally need to exit out of it after every single click because it appears to not react but if you exit out and go back in - over and over and over it'll eventually get through it. But absolutely won't join groups. I was pretty disappointed if I'm being honest

This is my third set of twinkly lights and I continue to be impressed with the brightness of the LEDs and customizability of colors/patterns through the iOS app. It all has worked really well for me without any hiccups, so I'm happy. I am mainly leaving this review to inform of one consideration about this set of 400, which I think has been mentioned elsewhere as well. Just in case it matters with how you're using these, be warned that it isn't just a plug on one end with a string of 400 lights. This is essentially two sets of 200 lights that meet in the middle to plug in. If you're hanging these outside on gutters/shingles or even on a tree, they aren't a single continuous string of lights. You have to consider that the plug-in is located in the middle of the line, with 200 lights out to the left and 200 out to the right. I'm not quite sure why they make them like this but luckily in my situation of hanging them on the front of my house, it actually worked out quite well. But I could see someone else getting these home and getting mad because they have to run an extension cord somewhere they weren't expecting.

Amazing lights display. Planing to use them not only for Christmas because they constantly update the effects for multiple holidays and occasions. Overall, pretty satisfied with these lights, but the only drawback is they're too expensive in comparison with other similar products. You do get a very solid and over the top quality product, and it seems like Winkly it's continually updating the software with new effects, even for Valentine's day.

Great lights. A little hard to create your own pattern because mapping the lights causes multiple lights to stack on top of each other in the "map". But there are a lot of good designs that come with the lights
