I bought this movie because I had missed in at Redbox and wanted to see it. I wish I could have rented it instead: not that funny, to be honest. This is my first Tyler Perry movie purchase and will likely be my last. I was not that impressed. It had a weak story line start to finish. It took forever to get to the point. The pranks were not that funny and there was a preachy theme throughout the entire film. Not every Tyler Perry movie needs to be preachy. The plays do enough of that. I wish there were less religious undertones and more campy, slapstick comedy in this film. I was disappointed.

This movie wasn't as funny as I thought it would be. It had a few funny moments, but not hilarious. I think the Christmas movie was better in my opinion. Still an all around good movie though.

most tyler perry madea movies are pretty good, this is no exception, but it did not live up to the hype and the story line is a little convoluted, over all it did not meet my expectations.

Im a huge Madea fan and love the movies. Even though this movie had the typical Madea format of comedy and plot, it just lacked a little imo. Was alright to watch, but i wouldn't buy it.

The pricing was high. I thought that the sign said 14.99 but that movie was apparently in the wrong place. I ended up paying 19.99 for it. I should have returned it.

I love the Medea movies, but with each one it's a roller coaster! I know Mr Perry will finally hit one out of park as the first Diary of a Mad Black Woman!

It has moments of both complete and utter hilarity and then moments that just fall flat. My only real gripe with the movie is it was a little to long.
