I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge phone. The phone is in a very thin case that covers only the back and some of the edge of the phone (more for grip that protection). The charger doesn't work if the case is on the phone (will work without the case).

I bought this for my note 7 as the samsung version was too expensive. I had a case on and when i out the phone on charge pad, it recognized it and starts charging but my battery is not gaining any charges if my screen is not turn off. The charger is very slow and if your screen is on while charging, your battery will be depleted. I will return this and try the samsung version with fast charge.
