Just as described, love the color, and love the little extra shielding/protection it gives my surface!

Love the keyboard it is worth the purchase! Light weight and attaches to the surface. Very easy to use

The color is most definitely closer to an orange than red but is nonetheless pretty. The tech works fine, other than sometimes not registering on internet explorer that a keyboard is present.

At first I didn't want the keyboard with my Surface 3. It took me a few weeks of using it to decide that things would be just a little easier if I could type normally in windows. I also had an issue finding a good flip case that would fit the Surface 3 without the keyboard. I finally found a good case and realized it had enough room for the keyboard as well. The sales person at Best Buy allowed me to open the box and attach the keyboard so i could get the feel of it with my case. I can tell you that not only did the case fit better but the keyboard adds so much functionality to the Surface that my next laptop purchase will not be a laptop at all. I will buy the Surface Pro 4, or what ever they are selling by then with the keyboard and pen. This keyboard has turned a 10" tablet into a 10" mini laptop. The track pad is not so great because it clicks as soon as I touch it. But I have big fingers and nerve damage so I may be pushing a little harder than I should. I use the keyboard and then reach up and touch the screen for what I would use the track pad for. Best of both worlds. I recommend trying one at the store and then deciding. Don't forget the track pad doesn't even need to be used, you can just touch the screen.

This is a great keyboard, my only complaint is that it would be better if the keyboard was more rigid. It works great on a table or hard surface, it's just a little more difficult to use on your lap because of the flexibility.

I bought it because I was told that the type cover of my Surface 2 would not work with the Surface 3. When I tried my Surface 2 type cover on the Surface 3 it worked perfectly. Money wasted.

This thing works well. the key are east enough to find and the keys are not too cramped. One thing I have noticed is that the keys make a cheap feeling and noise when you have the keyboard tilted up. Flat on a desk it is solid sounding but up it sounds cheap. Backlight is pretty nice.

I have been a long time user of the Surface and the type covers. Over the years I have been hoping that they would make it better to type and they did. They spread out the keys just a bit and it makes a big differences. They then added the ability to have it at a angel. oh what a world of a difference. This is something they should have done years ago. The angle alone is worth it. So if you have a Surface this is a must have

Great keyboard. Easy to attach and detach. Only critique, has to be on a completely flat surface.

Love the bright blue color, really like the touchpad compared to Surface Pro 2 keyboard. The action seems to be slightly improved as well.

Although the surface does come with a virtual keypad, the loss of screen real estate while using that can sour the experience of using your device. Definitely worth the extra $130.00

This is a great little keyboard. It works very well to turn a tablet into a little computer.

I absolutely love this keyboard. It is light weight and protects the screen like no other.

The keyboard really is necessary if you intend to use the Surface like a mini-laptop. I like the backlit feature. However, the keys are a bit loud when typing. Snaps magnetically like a glove to attach to tablet.

It is small, light and user-friendly. It is easy to carry around with great capacity.

Takes a little getting used to but after that have not experienced any problems. Mouse pad is significantly better than my laptops and the illuminated keypad is very helpful.

Bought this product so that my new Surface would be as close to a laptop as possible. I like the feel and ease of snap to the Surface product. It's very easy to type on and feels pretty close to the feedback of a "traditional" keyboard. Definitely worth getting.

Bought this to go along with my Surface 3. Designed to sit at an angle rather than flat. Love the new touch pad, you can "click" anywhere on the pad, not in a specific place.

This increases the utility of my Surface 3 quite considerably. Along with the pen it pretty much does everything I want it to.
