Didn't charge my new iPhone 11 with case on or off. Would stop charging after I put my phone on it. I returned it after 14 days and bought the Belkin wireless charger, works great even with my case on

I would have enjoyed this product, as the rate of its fast-charging seems on par with other wireless chargers I have used for my iPhone X, however, the unit itself is too light and falls over easily especially if you try to rest your phone on it in the dark.

The item did not charge 80% of the time, even after I removed the case. When it did charge, it was a very slow charge and it would get really hot. I’m returning it tomorrow.

I had to set my phone in only a certain way or it wouldn't charge. And would not charge through my case, which works with my husbands Qi charger without issue.

Don't buy this. It will work at first then eventually it just stopped working. I hope I can return it. It costs too much for this to be a problem. Not worth it.

This thing should have been great. It isnt and has actually been replaced with another brand which is working well. I would take it back if I had the packing material but I suspect Best Buy would want that. The problem is that it doesn't charge an iPhone 10 when the case is on it. Take the case off and it works OK but NOT what a 10W charger should be. This is when it is a reclining position. Have not tried it flat but I bought it for being able to see the screen while charging so that is a dead end at the beginning.

I had a problem with the charging as the green lite for charging would not stay on long enough and rapidly switch to red which could mean over heating

Unfortunately, this didn't achieve it's intended purpose. Doesn't charge through cases and that's a problem.

Purchased this so I could charge my I Phone while hands free watching videos or e mails. Cell phone falls off unless it’s laying flat which defeats to purpose of being able to view your phone while multitasking on your PC or working in the kitchen. Tried with my I Phone X in the slim otter box case and with no case at all. Your phone just falls off the charging stand unless laying flat. Don’t waste your money! Huge disappointment

Does not work well/at all with iPhones regardless of if it has a case.

Phone slips off charger when you get a message in vibrate mode...and it takes 3 1/2 hrs to charge from 35%....ridiculous...

Didn’t charge as well as I would have liked and was sometimes difficult for the charging to connect.

I love the look of this charger. Problem is, no matter how I placed my phone it would not charge. I had to return it.

Do not buy this piece of garbage. It stops charging all on its own. You have to unplug the charger several times to get the red light on it to stop blinking and get it charging again. When I set my S9 on it to charge overnight my phone will be about 10% higher and the red light will be blinking in the morning. I really regret wasting a gift card on this defective piece of garbage.

Flimsy, cheap, poorly designed. Works in a pinch as a second charger. Buy it online instead.

It does charge, but very slowly. We have had to get another.

I have a Samsung S8. Not sure why but the charger frequently flashes red when phone is charging. Sometimes, the phone stops charging in the middle of the night, rendering my phone low on battery the next morning. Wish I would have returned this crappy charger. Just my two cents.
