Bought this for my sister for Christmas, I hope she is enjoying it. It was just what she wanted. This review was more than likely not helpful. Sorry bout that.

This item began falling apart at the 3 week point. So a pad fell off. I asked Best Buy if I could return it as broken/defective they said no due to their policy being 14days. Ok I kept trying to restock the pad on and kept it. Then it randomly would give power when plugged in. It did not work correctly the power was intermittent. Then the screw flew off without even touching it. Then the second pad fell off. Then part of the neck attachment fell off. I’m not driving off-road! So I tried again to ask Best Buy to return it and they no longer carry it but said no regardless.

Installed the mount in my vehicle turned on tracking in my phone and went for a drive. The unit was convenient and charged the phone as I drove. Nice device.

So, I bought this so that I could charge my iPhone XR in the car. Sadly, it never could hold the device and it fell out of it and on to the shifter 3 times. That was enough for me to send it back.

Great wireless charger mount for the car. Has different size adjustments to suit many phones

Sticks to my textured dash without any issues. Will come off if it sits in the sun to long, but easily resticks

It was a great idea with the telescoping arm and the adjustable mount to fit any phone but the piece to stick on the windshield was poorly made and falls off everyday.

If you have a case on your samsung note 8 won't work just a bit small for it. It says that it works but not so much.

This thing broke in a week. Poor quality. The holder wouldn’t stay in adjustment and would drop until eventually the phone would fall out.

The suction cup has a very sticky material on it that leaves residue on the windshield. Also the wireless charging is really slow, doesnt even charge the phone

This cordless charger cradle works great, it charges my galaxy 7s and my wife's galaxy 8. I highly recommend it.

Very solid Qi charger. Fits easily into my vehicle and holds the phone securely!

Product didn’t really charge my phone at all, return product cause of it being a little to pricey for something that wasn’t fully functional

Literally falling apart after 3 months. Gears stripped. Thumbscrews stripped. Electric eye no longer works

This is my favorite piece or tech that I have bought this year! The sensor makes things so much easier.

It does it's job. I'd buy it again. It's nice not worrying about where my phone slid to while I'm driving.

I need something to hold my phone while I'm using the maps feature. It hold the phone tight.

It allows me hand free voice activated calling to keep me from being distracted as I drive.

It sucks, wont stay on the windshield, wont stay in place terrable product waste of money
