Was decent but did not charge as quickly as I thought it would.

Doesn’t always charge my device or will stop halfway through charging

Not as fast as the plug in charger. Works fine & charges completely.

I bought this charger for my galaxy s8 and I was told that it’s works pretty good and the return rate was minimal so I decided to buy it... I used it for a couple of days and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t so I didn’t like to adjust it all the time so I returned it...

Only thing is is that it will not charge my wife's phone

December 18, 2019 I purchased one of these Tsumi chargers for my wife's iPhone 8 from our local Best Buy (which is great). December 27, 2019 I had to replace the original charger because it stopped working. The second Tsumi charger quit working yesterday, April 5, 2020. It was not purchased as a holiday gift but since it was purchased during the holiday season it had to be returned by January 14, 2020 and Best Buy does not cover anything past that date. It will be necessary for me to contact Tsumi for any kind of warranty which I won't do because going through this a third time isn't worth it.

It requires very particular attention, if I dont set my phone on it perfectly it wont charge, sometimes it take several tried to get it in the right spot and that's probably because the surface is small

The charger worked once, then stopped working. When I purchased it, I used a $15 promotional certificate I earned from using my Citi Best Buy card. I was informed that they would not be refunding the promo amount and that basically I had lost that amount. They stated, company policy. Well, this is not a company I wish to do business with any longer. I shop at Amazon, who gives full credits on returns and will cancel my Citi Card.

I purchased this charger with my phone and it worked for a few days then stopped. I exchanged it for another and the same thing happened. I switched brands.

This is a very light weight unit. It works ok. Occasionally the light flashes red and it won’t charge the iPhone. I have to unplug it to get it to work again.

This thing has little rubber pieces on 4 corners.... easily rub off and effect the effectiveness... does that sound right?

This item worked well the first couple of days and charged my phone quickly. Now it is not charging quickly and sometimes not at all. I’m returning it.

It works. However, it gets real hot and does not charge the phone all the way. Makes a "popping" noise as it heats up. I will be returning this item.

The charger advertises that it’s 10w which was higher than others I saw at BB but it charges my iPhone XS Max so slow. I have a otter box symmetry case which it is compatible but my wife has the same phone with a different but similar case and it is not compatible. If I didn’t throw away the packaging I would have returned the charger and replaced it with the Belkin one even though it is only 7w I have a feeling it would work much better

This item doesn't charge my phone as quick as i would like it. So i give it 2 star

It doesn't work like the salesman stated. I have a Samsung 10 plus and I charged it all night and it only charged 42%

I have a thin case and have issues and it has problems when you go from charging an Android to a iPhone XS max
