Works Great, Awful Squealing Screeching Noise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to have something at work to charge my phone while I listen to podcasts (since the iPhone 8 has only one port for charging and headphones). It seems to charge really well and pretty quickly, it transfers easily through my average thickness phone case, it hasn't yet required any finagling to get it to start charging. The hugest issue I have is the absolutely insufferable, unbearable squealing that comes from the charging brick (where you plug the USB cable in and plug into an outlet). I've had other pads do this, but it's always been pretty quiet. This is super loud and super high pitched. I guess it's fine if you're going to be out of the room while you're charging, but to have in an office or near you is just awful. I'm returning or exchanging this, and making sure I test a replacement in store for this same issue.

Would not recommend for use on nightstand in bedroom as the light can be a bit distracting even though it is not bright. The blue light is the only reason I would not recommend it, you could purchase other options for the same price point.

Excellent Charger

My phone immediately starts charging when I place it on the pad, and it takes approximately 28 minutes to go from 85% to 100% charge. I had this charger for a short time. However, so far I am very satisfied.

Died after 3 weeks; NO CSR

It quit charging after using it only three weeks. BB won't take it back, and the Tzumi Company is non-existent. Now I'm stuck with a $30 paperweight. Gets very hot, blinks the LED and wake up with no charge.
